The employees working at exactly 6:53 am on Friday December 29th are very disgusting. They take your cash then go to make your food with the same gloves they just touched your bill in on top of that they get the order wrong 9/10 times and don’t listen to the costumer ordering. I think it’s time for this Tim hortons to get better morning staff.Now today January 4th 2024 they gave me a coffee that tastes only like water and lettuce that was going bad. Have you guys ever hear of fresh vegetables?

I wa going in the drive thru and I order and then the person giveing me my tea spills some on me and I try to clean it up casue it hot and she tell me that I have customers waiting and she said do you want your food or not she was trying to threaten me by saying I’m gonna give your food this is her bad service this happened at around 3:30

Normally the service in the drive through is good. The past 2 mornings the lady taking my order greeted me by saying "ya". That was it, no other words were spoken by her. No thanks no can i get you anything else. Just one word "ya" this occurred approximately at 8:40 am. She needs to be trained properly.

So, You go to Tim Hortons with an expectation that you will get served the right food well done. I just ordered a medium French vanilla and two egg farmers wrap 10 minutes ago. the French Vanilla was just fine however they did not Grill my egg farmers wrap at all! I mean if I wanted I could have just ordered all separately and grilled them myself guys! You had one job to do!

I come here everyday, sometimes it’s good and other times it isn’t. There is no consistency unfortunately. The staff are always friendly but they should re-train how how to prep orders. Today I got a farmers wrap and it was rolled into a ball basically.
