This is the worst location not for the food but for the service, and the worst manager or supervisor Name SHASHI, my order was a one tea and one cup of hot water, she wants to charge me the same tea price for the hot water, which is not right, I also work in tim hortons at different location, we have to charge for hotwater but it's $20cents not $1.59. They just want to fill their own pocket by charging money like this or I don't know what they want to do. All tim hortons has the same basic system for water or extra cup you charge 10cents and for hot water you charge 20 cents. I hope the owner take some action as this is only first time she charge money like this.

For being inside a gas station, it's really good. Take out only, but fast service, friendly staff, and they all seem to work very well together.Vegetarian options: You can get any dish modified to not include meat or eggs.Wheelchair accessibility: There is room for a wheelchair to go into the store and two ways to get to the door. There's a ramp but you can also come off the sidewalk on Birchmount.

Honestly it's not the only location we don't enjoy 99% of Timhorton that I visited I don't recommend anyone to go there. Timhorton used to be one of a kind in the past it was our best coffee shop to meet for fun and for business, place would be very clean, employees friendly, you get what you asked for and everything tasted good unlike now 90s Timhorton was #1 but in 20s #0 a lot of times I through my food to the birds or in garbage no flavor, soups you get it lukewarm, the drinks are never how we order them. In almost every Timhorton we go to we never see them smiling or hear them greeting us even when we say thank you they don't reply back " you are welcome " some places they don't want to listen to our request they brush us off for the next car! We don't sit inside anymore for years only sometimes we go drive through and we go to Starbucks

It's a busy place like just grap and go .The servers don't think what they are doing and how they are handing over the food.Last week I went twice .One time I ordered 2 double chocolate donut and the cashier without thinking that if she put both donuts in one envelope all the chocolate will be messed up with each other.She put both in one envelope and result was disaster.2nd time I ordered hot beverage .The lady at counter didn't put sleeve on the cup .I didn't realize there but after few steps of walk it was really hard to carry the hot cup so I couldn't carry it with me as I was in hurry.The staff needs to learn how to serve the food and beverage over this place .

The manager of this branch didn't accept Survey Code from other branches even though literally every other participating branch in Ontario accepts it. And, she has a very confrontational tone while interacting with customers. As you can see from other reviews too, she just made up some rules at her own favor as if Tim Hortons is her private cafe shop. The worst customer service experience you'll ever get.
