I get a coffee here on my work break most days, on Thursday I got my usual small with one milk, as I left I took a sip and the lid was not on properly and it poured down my front scalding my lip, it now has formed a scab, I went in Saturday to talk to a manager and tell them what happened but I was rudely handled by a staff member who basically did not care what had happened and that they had been using those lids for ages with no problem. She told me to come back Monday, today with no name who I should ask for or what time. Aside from this it's a filthy location, people hanging around inside and out all the time, many times there are dogs people bring in, dog mess or human vomit right out side the door, it's revolting. I'm not ever coming back

The Manager herself didn't know 'The roll to win" game that was going on for the month of March,i came to calm my win of a free coffee and she clearly told me in my face that my win doesn't work at the location. I was told to pay if i wanted coffee, i showed her the win directly off my phone and she wasn't interested. I just walked out!

Never has what you want, never says in the app that there isn't any of that item available and then they want to substitute with something no where near what you asked for, for the same price mind you....not a good location for service or product. Whole store needs a makeover. Location is near a homeless shelter too, so no shortage of pan handling right out front you have to navigate through. You'd think if you have to run the gauntlet through the crowd they'd have what you ordered...or at least tell you they don't have it at that location so you can go to a location that does but it does not, just takes your money and then asks you when you show up if you'd like (a lack luster) substitute or you have to go through an annoying process of calling head office and having them tell the store to refund you for the missing items.

This is probably the worst location in the city. I don't feel safe going to this location. It's over run with homeless people who don't order anything and take over all the seating, it's really dirty, there is constantly a line up, service is horrible, orders get screwed up etc.What I don't get is that it's a fast food establishment and shouldn't there be a bathroom for customers to use? Not at this location. They probably close it down to keep the homeless people from coming in.Luckily, there are other Tim's locations near by. I will never be returning to this location.

Staff are friendly when I have been there. Problem is the seating layout. They have two long tables against the wall which can seat a lot of people but if someone is sitting at one and you sit beside them, you get an evil stare. Take away the long tables and bring the single seaters please. A lot of homeless/shelter people visit this location and it can be a scary place and smelly. I was there the other day with one person taking a whole long table to charge 3 cell phones and that is all they were doing. Staff are smart not to do anything because I would fear for their safety.

I have ordered jalapeño savoury pastry through app at this location along with timbits.Jalapeño pastry was smelling like raw egg and all yhe stuffing is just in the centre.Tim bits are stale. Very hard and not flavourfulPlease avoid this location for any food as we dont know when they make it.I have never experienced this stale product served to any customers in any other tim hortonsAlso the lady at the counter was very rude when i asked her about my order.I was waiting for 10 mins even after my order was scheduled pick upLot of homeless and smokers also around the front door making not a safe location

Asked for a SIMPLY SAUSAGE english muffin and when I was asking if there was any egg I was IGNORED. Opened the wrapping and there was egg. There were 2 cashiers for a busy period and barely anyone helping behind.

And there the server has the cheek to tell me why are u angry he charges me for cold me n give me something tasting like ice water .. none of them speak English how do you even hire people .. Tim u need to pull ur socks ups . Have educated people who can speak English ..no hygiene no manners .making good with the mask down n talking letting all her saliva fall in the food .
