Terrible customer service yet again. Just asked for a bag for my order because I'm recovering from a fairly major surgery that has fully disabled one of my hands, and the woman flat out refused.Staff need AODA training and an attitude check.Will not be returning.

Ever since new management came in they've been serving less in their drinks than usual. I can go to literally any other location and get a full large icecapp, but these guys will give you the equivalent of a medium and feel that's okay. Wish the older crew was back cus this new one is just...not it.

Coffee is great. Service is good. The atmosphere is not great. This is at the Eglinton and Dufferin St Tim Horton's. A lot of crazies and addicts here who try to intimidate you, shout at you, look down at you. Ruins the atmosphere completely.
The SERVERS are the worst here ! No manners at all how to talk to customers and use worst ethics that cant even explain. Also the store has most of things out of stock. Its always a bad experience here
