Update: My mistake. I thought this was the downtown store. This place located inside the hospital. The staff was nice. The store is clean.Old review: The outside of this store is kinda dirty, but hey it's downtown.

Had an experience on Tuesday, February 7 around 7:30 that was absolutely unacceptable for a Tim Horton’s ESPECIALLY in a hospital.I ordered a large iced coffee and asked for it to be made with milk and no sugar, among other items for my family. We sat down, ate a small dinner together. I took a sip of my coffee and noticed there was sugar. No problem, this isn’t the first time it’s happened, people make mistakes. I went back to the man that served me and politely told him that there was sugar in my coffee, and i ordered it without sugar. I asked him if he could remake it. He immediately said no and said that I already drank from it, he doesn’t know when I purchased it, and that I would have to pay again for another coffee. He did not offer me a refund.I told him okay, I cannot drink the coffee, I just left it on the counter. My aunt, who was eating dinner with us saw that I didn’t return with a coffee and she took care of the situation and got a refund. Only after the employee lied to my aunt and said he offered me a refund (which he did not). The cherry on top, she asked for his name, and gave a different name than what was on his name tag, and proceed to write his name illegibly on a pastry bag.I did not want this to turn into a big thing, especially over a large iced coffee worth $2.95, but this employee did apparently. This employee needs to realize that people who are in a hospital are dealing with emotions that are different from customers at other Tim Horton’s locations. He must be more sensitive and more compassionate towards customers. This terrible customer service experience will be brought to Tim Horton’s corporate.

Several times I've been ignored at the cash, food order wrong and the best finding an earing post in my muffin. Several times I've complained but only get two staff members litterly yelling back at me even though i was right. Why did the second staff member interviene? Very unsettling. Rude. Definitely not going back. One star rated too much. I rather pay 10.00 for a coffee main level at Starbucks but at least their staff is very friendly and courteous and apologetic for not giving you a napkin. No more Tim Hortons at 0 level at Humber hospital. Unbelievable.

They are the worst.. Every single female (7of them) there should be fired! People make an order and all they do is stand in the back conversing with each other. And customers would be standing their watching them while all that was ordered was a coffee, or a Bagel. You'd stand there 15mins just for a simple straight forward item. It's happened on multi occasions to me. Just today a customer yelled at them for doin the very thing. They pretty consistent in that dept of NOT doin their job efficiently. Highly ANNOYING.

I usually purchase a large steep tea on level 1 and the servers are fairly decent when taking your order. I have not had a issues with them as yet but a few times I waited for them to brew a new batch of tea but that is expected from time to time. The servers try to keep the line moving as much as they can but somedays it can get real busy and they only can do so much. I am happy they have two Timmys in HRH because once level one is closed then you can go to level 0 for a wide variety of things that is not on level 1.

I had a very unsettling experience at this store. As I was placing my coffee order with one of their employee, the manager intervened abruptly, chastising her employee right in the middle of our transaction. Not only was this disrespectful to the employee, but it was also incredibly inconsiderate to me as a customer. When I approached the manager to discuss this inappropriate behavior, instead of acknowledging the situation or apologizing, she began to argue with me. To make matters worse, her grasp on English was so poor that I struggled to comprehend her, which further heightened my dissatisfaction. I believe that such behavior is not just unprofessional but also detrimental to the store's reputation. I hope nobody else has to witness or experience such an uncomfortable situation in a place meant for relaxed coffee breaks. The higher ups has to do better than this.

Food takes forever and they always make the food wrong. Everytime I order a breakfast BELT half the ingredients are missing. I don't get why it's so hard to make when the ingredients are the name!

First and foremost as a person who works in the hospital this is so unacceptable. The service is a one out of 10. You have to repeat your order multiple times. Can you go there on your break?( No )Just wait there about 15 minutes. If you’re lucky five most times they get your order wrong. The staff is disrespectful and always try to rush everyone.they need new staff and training now ! today I went down on my break and there’s fruit flies all over the donuts.
