Great local sushi place. They are super nice and the sushi is quite sizable. Only con is they COAT the sushi in mayo and sauces, and you can’t even taste the sushi. There’s no option on the delivery/ordering apps to make adjustments and asking for no sauce over the phone doesn’t always guarantee it. I wish they would just stop with the sauces completely, the sushi is amazing without it!Update: their new location is nice, however their take out process has really gone downhill. They are not on any apps like ritual, and while you can preorder on their website, you can’t prepay. Instead you have to wait 20 mins. for the ONE employee, who is packing all the orders, taking payment, and running the front of house. It’s no longer convenient to order from here, regardless of how good the sushi is.

I come here very often with my best friend and we absolutely adoreeee this sushi restaurant.The environment is peaceful, welcoming. The food is delicious I always get the Dynamite Duo roll. And the services here is very attentive.

Disappointing quality; edible but fishy and dry. The best thing I got with my order was unfortunately the free miso soup. Honestly I really want to say better things and maybe my standards are high visiting from NorCal, but you’ve done pretty poorly if I’m having to force myself to finish salmon sushi.

I was extremely disappointed on how an incorrect order was handled. I ordered the sushi and sashimi combo for takeout and the sashimi was missing. By the time I got home and opened the bag, the restaurant was already closed so I took a picture and stopped by the very next day.The restaurant acknowledged the mistake but did not make any effort to correct it beyond an apology. I asked if I can just get the sashimi then and they said no, citing a "policy" that complaints need to be made the same day, even though I showed them the photo of the food with the time stamp. I was quite taken aback by this lack of customer service and I said as much. After several minutes of back and forth they offered me edamame on my next order - something they give for free often with takeout orders.It's such a shame because I've been going to Toto for quite a while but I will not be returning. The quality of the food is good enough but as other reviewers noted the restaurant is good for the value with the cash discount. Lucky for me I found a sushi restaurant in the neighborhood with much better quality fish for only a few dollars more.Caution: check your order before you leave the restaurant!

Really poor quality for the price. The fish is not fresh at all. I ordered a scallop roll and the picture looked like it had fresh scallop inside. When I got the roll, it looks like they mixed it in with tempura bits and it was SUPER mushy and had weird taste. Additionally, it was mostly tempura bits and very little scallop. The rice was slimy and none of the rolls I ordered tasted good. Big waste of money, do not order from here! Not sure where all the nice looking pictures came from.
