Probably the best chicken curry roti I've had since moving to Toronto 6 months ago.Kind of stumbled on this place while walking around the mall. Glad I stopped in.Service was very good. Nice and fast.Their chicken roti is not like a wrap but open faced roti in a bowl with potatoes and a pile of boneless chicken curry piled on. You have to fork and knife it.To me, this is what roti should be like. It's more the caribbean style vs Indian.The flavour was great. Loads of nice tender chicken pieces. Forget all the other places and just go here for your fix.Thank you!

We had the jerk pork stuffed patty and the large jerk chicken roti. Both are wonderful, I definitely love the kick coming from the jerk chicken sauce which was so flavourful. The patty was chrispy (maybe be deep fried) and works so well as a jerk pork sandwich.
Best Jamaican food in the city. The portions are huge and the prices are great. The staff are amazing too! I highly recommend them.

Went to a disappointing carribean restaurant prior to coming to TJ's.Got a jerk chicken poutine from here and it gave me a food coma. Bloody good jerk chicken, ox tail gravy, cheese curds n fries. Will come here again sometime for another food coma. Their patty is top notch too.

Food was bad and not fresh. Ordered a large curry chicken with rice. Portions are okay, but the chicken was hard. Could not even finish my meal.
I'm craving tropical Joes.... Definitely recommended!!! Good luck finishing all the food.

When I asked for chicken potato guilty, the guy did not hear me, and when I went back to tell him about it, he was very rude and ignorant. Yes, I got my money back, but they almost didn’t serve me because they said I was rude. Meanwhile, the guy that served me couldn’t even admit when he did something wrong so this is why I’m giving them a bad review, so make sure if you go to this place that the guy hears what you ordered because obviously he’s deaf so yeah, so I wasn’t happy and if the food wasn’t so good there, I would probably stop going, but that’s the one part my head

We got two Jamaican patties as a snack but then saw them making their jerk chicken sandwich for someone else and it looked too good to not try. Let me tell you this sandwich is INCREDIBLE. The chicken is flavorful, moist and drenched in sauce. The coleslaw is crispy and sweet and the coco bun it's on is soft and melts in your mouth. This sandwich changed my life. It's in the back of a food court in a basic mall but it is a hidden gem. Service is quick, friendly and zero hassle. Highly recommend this secret gem.
