Unfortunately I have to advise that the food this time left much to be desired. Dry tasteless appetizer, for a place that specializes in steak they did not have a certain cut of beef so I was offered something different. The dessert was cold and it should be served warm. I am Argentinian so I know how these things should taste and be served.I had been there pre Covid and it was definitely better.I did not make a scene at the restaurant that evening but I did reach out privately to the restaurant. They asked me to follow up by email and they would compensate for the experience. It’s been over a month no reply and I have followed up again and still no response. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction after all.

Visited Vos for the Winterlicious Menu. I have ordered the carrot/ginger soup as a starter and it was not well blended (quite clumpy in texture), the dish also lacked seasoning. For the main we all had steak-cooked medium rare; it was okay. For dessert we had crème brûlée - I must say that I always finish my dessert. However, this one was not great. Once the caramelized sugar crust is broken, the custard was separating and floating in liquid, it lacked the creamy consistency.
