This is NOT a Wendy’s restaurant but rather something like a container food truck behind the building, pick up for delivery only (skip the dishes etc.), location is hard to find, it’s totally a waste of time!
I ordered this food from Uber eats yesterday and have had food poisoning ever since, since its the only food out of the ordinary that I ate yesterday there really isn't much doubt as to what caused it.Please ensure the quality of the product before sending it out.

Used to be able to pick up take out at the window and now the only way to order is delivery through the apps.Wasn't as big of an issue when delivery fee was $0.49, because it is 0.1 km from my place but then they jacked up delivery fee to $4.99.For comparison, there are restaurants on uber eats that are more than 1km away and have much lower delivery fees. Boston Pizza, a block further from my place is still $0.49 delivery fee. Why would a ghost kitchen wendys that is 2x closer have a delivery fee 10x more expensive??Allow pickups again or make your delivery fee compatible to other restaurants in the area!! Until then I will be boycotting this location.

This place used to allow you to do pickup orders on Uber eats but now it's exclusively delivery only. I do not know why they changed this as this is the closest Wendy's for many people and they do not want to pay delivery and tip when they live a few minutes away. Add the pickup option back to UberEATS or have this location added to the Wendy's app for pickup.
