Place my order using my app. Went through drive-through. They said they did not receive the order. They asked me if I was at the right location I said yes 2277 Shepherd Ave. They said move forward and review your app. I re-resent my order using my app. My app told me the order was already received. Went back through drive-through. I was told they did not receive my order and for me to contact Head office. Waste of time spent 30 minutes for nothing. Drove over to Mary Brown’s had a great meal.

I ordered a meal for myself and my family. Due to an error on the part of Wendy's one of my burgers didn't make it onto my order which I didn't find out until I drove home. I phoned and the manager said if I came back she would give me the missed burger for free. I drove back while my family ate their meal expecting that I would get the entire meal comped but that is not what happened. The manager said I should be happy that I got the missed item for free. I would be much happier if I didn't have to drive to Wendy's twice to complete my order while my family eats without me. One star dining experience. Double check your order, there is a good chance they will get it wrong and try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor to correct it.

We need to realize beef off the menu unless you want a cold, disgusting burger, only chicken gets respect here.
The only way to get your order on time is going to drive through. If you go inside and place and order you can see all the employees are confused and running around each other.

The owners would have been embarrassed to see how she treats the Customers. We are working professional polite adults & that lack of Customer Service Skills won't get you very far.
