I wanted to say I huge thank you to Greg!! For making it an our first experience at Wildfire so much fun and I would love him to serve our group again. He was compassionate, understanding and patient with all the questions and concerns we had about food and drinks. He lead us to some amazing recommendations! Overall would come back just to be served by him again! Thank you so much again!!

overall just a very disappointing experience that I could probably talk about endlessly. The servers insistency on memorizing our food orders was unnecessary and time consuming. We (party of 4) waited to get sat at a table despite having a reservation and despite the restaurant being empty. Nobody greeted us at all in the front. The coconut shrimp was for lack of better words bad and didn’t have any taste of coconut was definitely frozen… food came out in a random order got one appetizer to start and then the rest of the appetizers with the rest of the food. We ended up sending their salad back which was met with a lot of pushback we asked if they could change it slightly in terms of presentation so it was easier to eat and they said they could not change it and took it back reluctantly. I think the part that lives in my mind the most was that once we started to complain about the service and once we sent the salad back they decided to cut off my parties drinks. apparently we had reached our limit (one mixed drink & 1 shot per person). ordering a drink became an awkward pulling of teeth situation. Somehow got even worse when we ordered a last round of shots for the table before leaving, the round of shots was added onto our bills and we never received them…. I’m not sure if it was because my party is not the typical demographic seen in this establishment but I was truly disappointed and definitely see what people mean by calling this place overhyped.

The server's attempt to memorize our orders led to several mistakes in our dishes. Additionally, the wait time for our meals exceeded an hour, which was unacceptable. The server's unfriendly attitude and reluctance to acknowledge mistakes further detracted from our experience. Surprisingly, after we called on to talk to the manager it turned out to be our server as well, indicating a lack of oversight. Despite the good quality of the food, these service issues overshadowed our enjoyment of the meal. It was disheartening to learn that other tables had experienced similar problems that evening. Overall, while we were excited to dine at here, the experience fell short of our expectations.

We’re not the biggest fans when it comes to hotel restaurant and bars. We feel like most fit a generic mold and they all feel pretty boring. Enter Wildfire Steakhouse. A colleague told us this place was really good so we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did. The waiters were really informative and attentive and checked on us at a good pace throughout the night. The ambiance was modern and dare I say clubby in the best sense possible. We could see ourselves coming back to catch up with friends. We opted for a three course meal so we could try a few different things. We don’t normally eulogize salads, but the Caesar Salad is worth coming back for. No joke. The Mac and Cheese was cooked to perfection and it was thick where there was a lot of flavor without feeling sticky. The steak was cooked with a lot of butter and herbs that brought out the flavor. We ordered medium rare and it actually came out medium rare. That has to count for something as steakhouses never get that right. The mash potatoes are usually an afterthought, but they must have added a stick of butter in it making it super flavorful and tasty. The shrimp that it came with helped keep our taste buds guessing and each part of the entree was well portioned. This place definitely made an impression on us and we have already started planning on when we’ll be coming back!

I really appreciated the customer service my friend and I received from our Host Ciara! She continuously checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our experience and she also offered the best advice on choice meals on the menu. Through out my dinner in wildfire I just felt that my enjoyment/comfort was the employee’s number 1 priority and I really enjoyed that feeling. 5 star for service, the meal I had was also outstanding same with my friend! Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again!??
