Always great. They have great deals & are helpful with any concerns and questions. This is definitely a safe space. They always go above and beyond. One instance was when I have had a medical emergancy close by & my 9 year old was smart to alert the staff. They took great care to make sure I was okay. I am forever grateful

Thank you to the staff for pointing the the products I needed.After a week of using Almond oil and Nutra sea Omega 3 I can't believe the difference Trying so many creams and prescriptions over the years I finally see great improvement with the products. I'm sure to be stopping in again.

This is my go-to Health Foods store when I come to visit family from Toronto. Their range of food and supplements is large and very well curated, not to mention there's very knowledgeable staff to assist you.Don't bother going to Wal Mart or Loblaws especially when you can find the same top brand products here but at competitive/better pricing!

Rachel and her staff are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do. They are willing to bring in products they don’t carry and prices are always competitive. The staff is continually educating themselves so are up to date on everything.I usually do the shopping in our family but if I need items picked up for me, they are always willing to get everything together and ready to go for my husband.Rachel has done a fantastic job with the store and her staff - so grateful to have them in Tottenham!!!
