“I frequent this subway and I love it very much, they make the subs perfect and most workers are very kind and friendly. Lately though, I have encountered « Wanda » (I believe was on her name tag) a young girl who works there, and every time she is I am met very rudely. I ask her how her day is going and after looking directly at me, she rolls her eyes and continues what she was doing. Just tonight I misheard what she said to me and I responded with what I thought she had asked, and then she scoffed and while bobbing her head, loudly repeats herself for everyone to hear. I’ve been seeing her there more often now and I will from now on turn around when I see her working. She’s very rude and doesn’t care to humiliate customers. The only thing she has said to me was how she’s been there 5 hours and was mad about it… and I was coming home from a 12 hr. I know everyone has bad days and even to not be very friendly, but she is bluntly rude and not good at customer service. I’m lucky if I get a « have a good day » after she gives me my sub. Every other worker I’ve encountered has been so lovely but I can’t be the only one she treats that way as I’ve watched it as well. Otherwise an amazing subway, sucks that she’s there majority of the time now.“
