Unfortunately hours are not reliable. We planned a few meals there for extended family event ...checked the hours previously...subway closed five hours early/on a Saturday! Disappointing!

Very rude customer service by Kendra. Customers do not need to put up with the attitude and discrimination. As an Asian minority passing Tweed on the way to Ottawa, I was treated differently than the local family before me.There is no room for racism in Canada.

They are understaffed and so service has gotten slow. Staff are very good once you get to the front of the line.
I frequent this subway and I love it very much, they make the subs perfect and most workers are very kind and friendly. Lately though, I have encountered « Wanda » (I believe was on her name tag) a young girl who works there, and every time she is I am met very rudely. I ask her how her day is going and after looking directly at me, she rolls her eyes and continues what she was doing. Just tonight I misheard what she said to me and I responded with what I thought she had asked, and then she scoffed and while bobbing her head, loudly repeats herself for everyone to hear. I’ve been seeing her there more often now and I will from now on turn around when I see her working. She’s very rude and doesn’t care to humiliate customers. The only thing she has said to me was how she’s been there 5 hours and was mad about it… and I was coming home from a 12 hr. I know everyone has bad days and even to not be very friendly, but she is bluntly rude and not good at customer service. I’m lucky if I get a « have a good day » after she gives me my sub. Every other worker I’ve encountered has been so lovely but I can’t be the only one she treats that way as I’ve watched it as well. Otherwise an amazing subway, sucks that she’s there majority of the time now.

This used to be a great place to go get lunch but when someone has to wait 20+ minutes to get what they want to order on their lunch break that’s only 30 minutes that’s ridiculous!! I’ve left twice becquse the service is so slow even when they is two or more people on.

Worst subway ever do not buy subs there two subs 24 bucks meat so thin there was no taste not 50 cents worth of meat total rip-off subway head office needs to shut this locaton down never ever again
