My earlier review still stands. Outstanding quality of boba. Their specialty is their milk teas. Fruit drinks less so but I generally don't drink those. Smooth, good quality tea and perfect boba. This plaza is a nightmare and enough to give one a stroke. The drivers are insane in this plaza and reverse out of their spots WITHOUT LOOKING!

I ordered the lilith’s advocate drink and pearl milk tea, special C, so I could get the free gifts, (I’m a big Diablo fan). When I picked them up I was told they didn’t have any gifts to give. I asked for a refund and was refused. Worst yet 2 staff members were in the back laughing at me! Coco, is this some kind of joke? False advertising at its finest. Don’t waste your money here you won’t get what you ordered.My order number is #69

Out of several bubble tea franchises, CoCo is the only one that still serves red beans. My personal favourite is the Metcha Red Bean.I ordered it off the regular menu on regular price through their app. It turns out this drink is on the October special. The server gave me back a discount in cash for the difference. It was very nice of him. I added the refund to the tip for his honesty.The drink was tasty as usual.I have visited 4 CoCo locations in recent months. All 4 have wonderful staff.

Garbage service. The two workers at around 6 pm on a weekday are literally the slowest workers in the world. Making 1 drink took 5 mins, factor in mobile orders and you're going to spend 20mins just to get ur drink.
