Lots of menu options, food is on par with other similar HK style restaurants; charges $0.30 per takeout box

Chicken Fried Rice and Beef Lo Mein had a good, fresh taste. Especially enjoyed the savoury favour of the meats. Waitress was accommodating and kindly offered a second soup for my mother's Lo Mein when she asked. Wait-time wasn't long; food arrived pretty quickly. Overall, decent place for Hong Kong style food.

Don't let the TRASH in the entrance turn you back. The food is good, and the Lai Tsa (H.k. tea) is delicious.

Took our toddlers here for lunch. We stood at door, no one greeted us for 10 minutes. Finally got seated at one of the tables at the side. No menus or tea for 5 minutes. We asked for the menus. Ordered food. Came in 10 minutes. Cutlery was dirty. Macaroni with ham in soup had no taste. Toast buttered at minimal. No one attended to us when asking for bill. Went to cashier to pay. Charged 30-35 cents for takeout box. Did not leave tip. Never coming back again.

Milk tea and lemon tea are very good ?. 桂林米線 had good fresh ingredients. Only wished they had made their soup base more stronger.

There're a great variety of food choices. But the service was inconsistent. Two servers were rough, one was super nice.

They have the most variety in the whole area of markham. Even if you eat there everyday. U won't repeat for at least a month. Their food is above average with enough portion to feed 1 1/2 meal.

This is as ordinary a HK style cafe as you are going to get in Markham. The reason we came here was because of their convenient location and affordable prices. They don’t “wow” you with anything but not bad enough that you tell yourself to never come back again. Came around 6:30pm which is prime dinner hour but the place only had two tables occupied. Other restaurants at New Mongkok plaza is probably packed by now and have a line up. But if you want to guarantee yourself a seat this is definitely the place to go. They also have many selections on their menu and their staff are very responsive and get what you need quickly. All our dishes came out within 5 mins so you won’t need to wait (since there’s no one else to cook for!) which is very important when you are hungry. So as long as you are not picky about your food and wants a quick and cheap meal, I definitely recommend this spot.

Typical Hong Kong style cafe with cart noodles and all day HK breakfast. Service was fast with some waving down to get extra bowl. Washroom was "clean" meaning mop and fans was visible and 2 stalls that was broken with signs on the door. Traditional highlighter pink hand soap. Warning! If you don't finish the ran and need a takeout box it's $0.30 charge which I think is in heard of.. but I understand environment and stuff but yes.. takeout box does come with plastic bag.Parking: Plaza parking.

Food is just average. Ordered the seafood and pork chop on spaghetti with white cream sauce. Wife ordered the hoi nam chicken rice. The seafood/pork chop is ok. The chicken rice was really yellow. I think they used a lot of food coloring. Wife didn't like the chicken rice. Service was prompt. May come back to try other dishes

Food is bad... cleanliness of the restaurant is bad. Saw the waiter clean everywhere using the same rag...-_-". I guess he didn't even rinsed it. One of the waitress had an unique style of taking orders lol. We called out the order using the dish name. She told me to give her the item number. Second dish I ordered by giving the item number then she will ask for the dish name. We went back and forth for several more dishes then I got fed up so I just pointed to the dish on the menu and let her write whatever she understand on her paper. Worst part was when she repeated the orders back to us. She used the item number and expect customers to know the menu by heart??? I was thinking what is really going on with the food industry nowadays.... I am embarrass to tell people I work in the same industry if there are more waiter/ress like her out there.
