I found this location to be a great place to hang out on weekends.The spacious seating area was a plus. The entire place was quite clean, unlike some other locations whose floors were sticky.The staff was incredibly patient and helpful when I couldn't make up my mind about my order.Parking: There are designated parking area behind Main St Unionville, so please don't park or stop in front of the store.

I thought I wrote a review when they first opened but it seems it isn't there. I am so happy that Presotea is finally here in Unionville. I have been there a few times and always get the Mango Drink, which is my favourite. I also like the vast seating inside. Service was courteous and fast. Sadly, on my last visit, even though they were supposed to be opened on a Wednesday, they weren't, so had to settle for another BBT place. So even though they said they are opened online, you might be in for a disappointment. I think they have increase their price for their special two drinks for a set price but still a decent deal. They switched to those tall large cups which I like and I would prefer the original big and short. Washrooms available.

I went at 2:30 on Saturday and the doors were locked without notice on the doors. Pretty disappointing considering door dash is taking orders for them and according to everything online they’re supposed to be open.

I highly do not recommend this location. I have been to many other Presto Tea locations where the service has been amazing, but this location is one of the worst.They do not care about customer experience and customer service here. They are under staffed with two people working. They only care about uber and pick up orders.They will take as many orders as they can and not worry about making the actual drinks. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my drink which caused me to be late for an appointment I had after.It should never take 30 minutes on a Thursday afternoon for bubble tea. Do better!

The service of the waitress, who is with very short, dyed brown, slightly curly hair, is very poor and cocky! She was rude when we tried to ask about membership, and mind you, there was no line up in the store nor the store was crowded. Her voice was also soft, so I just wanted to ensure the information I gathered, but she rolled her eyes. In the end, I ordered my drink but my husband ended up leaving, not getting his drink. He ordered his at The Alley. Honestly, I have no idea why she can still keep her job, not that I want her to be fired but she needs to improve for sure because I will not visit this store anymore for sure!
