Not clean. We literally saw the guy take out two bags of trash and come back in to make the drink. We asked him to wash his hands and he complained that he touched the garbage bag and not the trash inside so why should he wash his hands. He even held up the garbage can to demonstrate that he only touched the garbage bag and not the content inside. He was extremely rude and gave us terrible attitude. We were so confused by the terrible customer service and lack of sanitary rules. I’d advise everyone to reconsider buying from them as they don’t take cleanliness seriously, and we don’t know how else they handle the food when no one’s watching.

It took a little while before we could even place our orders and even longer before they were prepared.This is by no means a complaint or criticism of the lone worker. She was doing her best, and quite an amazing job of taking orders, making them, and handling cash, all by herself! Kudos!There was a lot going on but she didn't appear stressed, although there were a couple of minor mistakes with our order. That can easily be forgiven, with all the stuff she had going on. Great job!PS: The drinks were really good!

I couldn’t decide between the mango diamond slush and a roasted oolong milk tea, but the worker gave me a very good description of both and was very patient even though I kept changing my mind!

Tight space and only one person working at the time of my visit on a June weekday afternoon. I ordered 6 drinks and the drinks were okay. The service was very slow; the worker also appeared to be flustered and inexperienced at the job. Upon reviewing my cc statement, I was mistakenly charged four times because the worker didn't correctly initiate partial payment with a gift card and credit card. Check your statements folks - otherwise you'll have to dispute these issues.

My favourite boba experience ever. Nothing regarding the food was special but the atmosphere was like none other. It was such a cute restaurant and a very delightful experience. Service was good, nothing out of the ordinary and was completed swiftly. Would recommendParking: There are many spots, it’s just busy during high times.
