It’s hard to leave a bad review for a starbucks lol but alas here I am. This location looks great and has an amazing atmosphere but some of the staff are a little clueless. I ordered a nitro cold brew twice. Both times the drink was poured incorrectly, resulting in a giant cup of nitro foam. The cup had no drink in it but a small layer at the bottom (as would be the same if you poured a beer perhaps or a coke from high up into a cup). I asked if it could be poured properly so that i may enjoy my drink and got a snarky lecture from the lady at the counter, apparently I didn’t know what nitrogen was and thats how the drink was supposed to be. Yes, a featherlight cup with barely any liquid was supposed to be my drink. Posted in the photo below is what remained of the drink after the foam settled (to the lady who told me it’s not foam… yes it is).

I love this location, it’s in the heart of Unionville and has great atmosphere. Nice and cozy, makes it suitable for meetups or work. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly, especially early in the morning. They have a couple of tables inside and a few tables outside during summer and you can sit down and enjoy your coffee.

As a student, I am a regular at this location. I’ve been to many Starbucks establishments, yet, none quite compare to the atmosphere and staff at the unionville location. Stella, an enthusiastic employee, provides a great experience for me every time through her stellar customer service. I am lactose intolerant so I struggle to enjoyable but caffeinated drinks, but thanks to her curated drink recommendations, I have been able to study efficiently without worrying about any health implications! Truly one of the most dedicated workers at this location.Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerance
Except for the convenience of parking, which is a bit troublesome, everything else is fine.

Wow! This is the best Starbucks in the world, the delivery of the drinks were phenomenal, the quality and taste of it is unbeatable! Don’t get me started with the atmosphere though the aroma and cleanliness of the place is impeccable, you could lick the floor and still be happy. Finally, the cherry on top the amazing baristas especially Stella, Jomar, Darren and Christina who value the customers more than anything is a reason I will be forever be grateful for this Starbucks in Unionville! The hospitality this Starbucks has is one of the many reasons it’s been a reliable study spot for all. Thanks a lot!-Ryan Ma
