I quite like this sushi takeaway shop. I'm not saying its quality is out of the world, but the sushi and sashimi are pretty good compared to those Japanese/Korean restaurants (I've had really disappointing experience). Salmon Lover: salmon sashimi, salmon nigiri and spicy salmon roll. Salmon was so fatty and fresh, and super thick!!Green Dragon Roll: Dynamic roll with avo on top. I'd say the shrimp tempura was thinly battered. It's creamy and slightly crunchy. I quite like it!Overall I'm not disappointed at all. I'm impressed that it's of good quality. I definitely want to try their sushi party tray.

We tried this spot out for the first time, here’s what we think? We got Chirashi Don. This Don was absolutely PERFECT for the price, the Sashimi used were fresh, it came with Salmon, Red Snapper, White Tuna, Red Tuna, Surf Clam, Herring Fish, Shrimp and Crab Stick on a bed of Sushi Rice! Loved the variety in this so much, so perfect for indecisive people like us! Overall, would totally come back for their other items, impressed with the price and quality!

Craving for Sushi and sashimi tonight. Found this place nearby on Google Maps. Ordered a large mixed party tray with sashimi and sushi. Surprised how good the specialty sushi roll and sashimi were.Only thing was their ETA was off by 15mins. I'll just come later next time ☺️Cost: $96Highly recommend.

The good: I ordered a mixed small platter, which was 40 pieces for $40. It was friendly service and fairly fresh sushi. The bad or needs improvement: This was my first time ordering and I usually order from another place in the same area. I think that the quality is sub par and the pieces are also smaller. I think for the price, you can probably pay a little more and get better sushi.

Our new go-to takeout place! The fish was fresh, the variety was better than many other places we've been going to for years, and it all tasted great. The couple was very polite and they texted me when the order was ready (we pre-ordered). Cash/debit only, so be aware of that if you're ordering platters. Oh, and they actually mix their own soy sauce instead of giving you the packets so it tastes proper. Honestly, I'm so extraordinarily pleased to have found this gem.

Got a medium 60pc assorted platter which was ready in half hour and had a good variety of fish. This is a hidden mom and pop shop in the far left corner of the 2nd floor of Langham Square. The fish was fresh and prepared well. Really nice people and good prices.

This place is so underrated and everyone needs to check it out!! Their assorted sushi and rolls platter is so good and we get it every time. The price is reasonable and the quality of the fish is top-notch. You can taste the difference in quality. The salmon and tuna just melts in the mouth. Skip the dish often has deals here, and we’ve gotten a side spicy salmon rolls with the platter order before. It is located on the second floor of Langham Square at the back of the left most aisle. First time to try this place for their sushi. Ordered a medium sashimi & medium sushi & roll tray to celebrate with my parents for Mother's Day. Everything is fresh and taste is good. Everyone enjoy the dinner a lot. Definitely will order again. The lady that took my order is very friendly and esp we r Hongkongese.

sushi was fresh. a little bit on the pricier side but still worth it, got the 94 pcs party tray and it had assortment of sashimi and sushi.

My family's been here a few times and it's always really good. They don't have a huge selection of fish but the quality and appearance are always excellent. I also love their rolls. They are on the smaller side which is perfect for eating in one bite. The owners/chef are also very polite and courteous and speak Cantonese

Tried Umai Sushi on a recommendation of a foodie friend & blogger plus I've had this place on my list of need to try. Looking for a place comparable to AI Sushi in price, taste & quality but better since we feel AI has lacked in quality over the last few years. We got the assorted sushi-sashimi-rolls platter medium size 60 pieces for $58 plus tax. The fish was fresh & buttery. The squid sashimi had a bit of seaweed rolled inside of it which was a pleasant surprise. I think there was Maki roll with soft shell crab but hard to tell since it had a sweet sauce on it which I'm never a fan of. It's located inside Langham Square on the 2nd floor towards the back where the crossfit gym is, outside row. They also have some great lunch combos that I would go back to have & oh their spicy salmon roll is the best I've had.

It was my first time here today, I am very impressed with the quality. It was a bit of a wait but to be honest it just shows that they put extra care in each of their dishes. Their volcano roll is really good and the Wasabi actually had taste and the texture wasn't runny. The fish they used seemed fresh (it didn't have any weird odors or that extra fishy taste). Also, I noticed they had some spicey aspect to the volcano roll. It made it so much better! All the other sushi places I've been to have rolls that are "spicey" when in fact they are not. This place is a true gem and when I am back in the area I will come again.
