TERRIBLE!!! Ordered whoppers and a bunch of other things and they gave me completely different items!! I asked a couple times that it was the correct order which she promised it was. Didn’t realize till I got home that she clearly lied and it’s a half hour drive back.

Their self service kiosk show 2 turnover for $2 but show error when you try to order it, cashier told me I need pay $2 for each. Why it was offered is self service kiosk 2 for $2?Anyways I'd you have car, not a track, this BK highly not recommended, exit from highway and save money. Everything overpriced

I brought my hard earned gift certificates to have some grub at the Burger King at the on route leading north to Barrie. An old, very tired and absolutely unfriendly woman with little to no English speaking skills has told me that she will not accept the gift cards as payment, and that I should try elsewhere. I’m disappointed to see what Burger King and Canada has come to.

Terrible experience, staff get paid to do absolutely nothing.1. Input your own order2. No one comes over to check on you to make sure things are being inputted correctly.3. Food made incorrectly and no option to remove single ingredients off of burgers.4. Absolutely not impressed

I can't be a customer of a place that has replaced people who take your order with machines. The lady at the convience store was nice, my food cheaper & healthier and no wait.

This manager is discriminatory towards seniors, and people with disabilities. He will not take orders at the cash register , he will/ has said he will ignore customers at the cash register and will not come out and assist customers at the self serve kioks. He will yell and scream at you.This self serve kiosk needs to be rectified that if people don’t understand it, have a disability, are a senior , or don’t feel comfortable should not be turned away from ordering directly with the restaurant.Corporate said they would rectify the issue twice now and it has yet to be done . I have also been informed of an email / follow up how they corrected the issue and that has not been done.

Really not impressed with the service Been several times on the way home from work and every time we get the mozzarella sticks or fries they are cold and not fresh, specifically asked if we could get fresh ones and was told absolutely no problem it would be an extra 2 min wait. Then watched the lady slide the packages up their little warming station then pull them back down and put in my bag. Due to the line up of people behind I wasn't going to cause a stink. But to be lied to my face kinda speaks loudly on the people they hire to work there. Can't say we will be going back

Line up seemed short so hubby decided to have a whopper. He didn’t order at the kiosk - and didn’t realize how many people were ahead of him to receive their orders. He got poutine and said there wasn’t enough gravy to melt the cheese.
