Went into Cali Monday night and sandwiches were amazing, not only the sandwiches but the staff as well. The young lady at the front was very respectful and so sweet. The staff in the back also were doing a great job and also very respectful. Overall would come back!!!

I popped in 2 times. Wasn't impressed. Sandwich was soggy, peppers were pureed like baby food. It's worth the drive to the Woodbridge location.

Went in today, ordered a veal sandwich. Cashier was cold and not engaged in her role. There’s a big window showing the kitchen and there was a guy with an afro and a girl working. Both had no hair nets on and both were handling raw meats and not washing their hands and not even using gloves. If I didn’t pay already I would have left. Food was decent. Portion size was good. On the way out I used the men’s washroom which desperately needs to be cleaned. Walls were caked with what appears to be residue, floor was quite dirty. Overall this location can do a lot better. It doesn’t cost much to train your staff to clean properly and handle food properly.

I must say my sandwich was quite soggy and spongy. The chicken and rapini were dry the chicken felt like it was sat out for days before being cooked and served. To a valuable customer like myself I have been a regular here for MANY years I'm disappointed and SICKEND to my stomach. The service was bad the servers took my order and I needed to wait 10+ minutes and when I asked where my order was the server (who i will not say) countered my official statement with "We will get to it when we can." I am saddened and hopped that Justin Trudeau finds this place and eats there its a true place for pigs. It is also very hard to find a parking spot in this establishment they should think of fast business' ideas for parking.
Scammers! I paid for extra hot peppers on the side, but they were not included. When I called and spoke to Olivia and Anthony, requesting a refund, they rudely dismissed my complaint over $0.50 and hung up on me. I will be filing a report with BBB.org, Google Reviews, Yelp, and others. I am also writing an article on a blog about this. Yes, all this for $0.50, but I would have done the same for $0.01, because you are scammers!
