This place is always bustling, which is a bit overwhelming for me, but my kids absolutely love it every time we visit! Their excitement and enjoyment make it worth it.

My son has a number of food and dietary restrictions, due to a medical condition, and when we went in carrying our food, the greater automatically sent us away and said we leave the food at the door or we have to leave.Everywhere we have been, even places that have signs that state "no outside food," we have always been able to bring in food for my son.We left and ate in the car and then came back in to play later.I feel their policy discriminates against my son with medical and dietary restrictions, since there is nothing healthy that my son is able to eat, and in fact the only think he can eat on their menu is frech fries.They have added new games, and that was pretty good for my son.

Took our 5-year-old here for a very first visit and he is hooked! We purchased the 2 hr. all-you-can-play pass and it was such a great deal because our son got to squeeze in as much play as possible without us worrying about any credits running out. I only spotted one game out of order so a nice selection to be had. We went shortly after opening on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. Got to observe a few birthday parties set up and in motion, incredibly helpful as we are imminently deciding on our son’s upcoming birthday venue. Food was easy to order (either by lining up or by scanning a QR code at your table); don’t expect it to be anything more than your typical kid favourites or adult bites. Ample parking lot so we parked close and left our winter coats in the car. We had a lovely afternoon and would definitely return, our son had a fabulous time!

I decided to bring my younger sister because it remember how much fun I used to have as a child and I wanted her to experience the same thing. But, I left extremely disappointed…The staff is rude, and have poor management skills. I waited in that line for 15 minutes and there were only TWO families in front of us. When we finally got there, we paid for two 90 minute play time cards and then the machine started to malfunction. At that point they already took my money but were unable to give me the 90 minutes. When I asked what the problem was, they told me that the 90 minutes is new and it’s not updated to the cashier yet. SO WHY NOT TELL ME THAT BEFORE I PAY FOR IT?!?! We went through three employees to fix this problem and the last one gave me so much attitude (I believe this was the manager or one of the people in charge). We had to wait for an extra 15 minutes for this guy to fix our cards meanwhile my little sister is standing next to me crying. I told him if the problem is with the 90 minutes and just override the system and give us 120 because we have been waiting in this line for 30 minutes because this really isn’t right. THEN HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT!!! Unbelievable. I refused to pay for money due to his poor attitude. Eventually, he fixed the problem by giving me an extra 3 minutes on top of what I paid for. What a bunch of cheapskates!!! Made me and my little sister wait in that line for over half and hour and only made up for it by giving us three extra minutes….ANYWAYS other than the staff being extremely rude… I swear they have not updated any of the games. They are the same systems I used to play on when I was a child and they are extremely outdated. A solid 10% of the games were broken while I was there. The bowling game was missing balls… this purple rocket game was malfunctioning… and on top of that, there were some games were you still required coins to play even though they switched to scanning cards.The dumb rat came out for a solid 5 seconds and left immediately, ignoring all of the kids. A couple of kids were trying to chase him down, but he did NOT care. My sister was really upset because she wanted to take a picture with him.I didn’t try any of the food, so I cannot comment on that but I would NOT recommend this branch to anyone… I had a horrible experience.
Place is great but it needs some updating. It looks quite dated now and not kept up to date specially now that there are so many alternatives, they really need to work on up keeping.
