This place is suitable for both kids and dates. I appreciate that the owner responded to suggestions. The venue could benefit from some updates; improving the interior with lighter colors and more lighting would be nice, as the current ambiance feels a bit dark and gloomy. Many gaming stations look dated, with consoles showing signs of wear from frequent use. Also, the placement of the bin below the hand dryer in the men's restroom is impractical. We only ordered drinks, so I can't comment on the food or service. Overall, I'd rate it three stars for average service. Comparatively, I've given higher ratings (4 or 5 stars) to restaurants where I've had full meals and attentive service.

Dave and buster is my go to when we are bored or want a fun night out. Sadly this Saturday was something out of the ordinary. I have been here dozens of times and it is mostly fun and enjoyable but today takes the cake in the WORST experience ever. Put stop mid games to have a quick bite to eat. Ordered the cheese burger which I asked no cheese and the creamy pasta with some water on the side. The server never Introduced herself. Took out order with the upmost confidence without a pen and paper. She mentioned a 15 minutes wait on the food. Little did we know we had a 10 minute wait with flagging her down twice for some cups of water. After that the food arrived, but who would have thunk requesting for no cheese was too complicated as the burger came with cheese. I don't blame the server who brought it to us as it was not the one who took out order, equally confused he went back to ours and the shock on her face that she made a mistake. Don't worry she assured "it will be out in 3 minutes" I wonder how they prepared a new sandwich in 3 minutes when it took 24 minutes originally. The bun was cold and the burger unseasoned, but I won't complain as at least it had no cheese. My friend ordered the pasta. It was so salty that I could see the salt granuals from across the table. The only time she asked how our meal was when she was b-lining it to talk with her friends, didn't even stop to properly ask just "is it okay" as she blasted through.We powered through the meal and left. Not only taste in our mouth from the terrible food but bad service to top it all off. Don't worry we got her name after when we requested for it with the people who seat us. Shshara or my best guess as noone knew how to spell it

Went for the arcades and gaming with 3 ten year olds. The kids spent almost 2 hours and had a good time. It has a nice atmosphere and good helping staff.

The new VR Gozilla game is astonishing!! go there every week to play that machine ! hope there are more levels coming or more machines like this ! VE experience sooooo cool! the other starwars VR machine not good..

Food was great. Service was slow but the hostess was friendly and polite. There was a lot of garbage laying around and dirty floors. The bathrooms smelled like rotten sewage. Several games were out of order damping the experience. It's very expensive as well and probably the worst ticket to prize ratio I've seen.
