Excellent food and customer service. I found the quality and taste of their Thai food to be on par to Pai and Issander.The portions are also generous. I ordered the soft shell crab fried rice and had enough leftovers for two lunches ?.

1. Food - good! Came out hot. Green curry chicken, cashew chicken, beef pad see ew were all tasty. We asked for curry dish to be very spicy and I think that was a mistake as it took away from the flavor. One criticism was that the curry was too runny. Maybe we could have asked for it to be made thicker. We prefer that. But food was good. 2. Service - we reserved our table for dinner and the server sat us at the wrong table so she apologetically asked us to move. When we asked for water we had to ask more than once. It was busy at the time but with the spicy food it would have been nice to get it fast. We ordered three dishes. Two came very quickly. We finished them and the third hadn't arrived yet. We had to ask a server for its whereabouts and then he brought it. It was very hot so maybe it just took longer to prepare but I actually think they forgot about it. The service was a 3/5 but the food was good so it balances out. 3. Ambiance - nice interior. Wood panelling. Booths. Very cozy.

Food is great. Service amazing. We ordered tofu green curry for delivery and they accidentally sent chicken. We called and they sent us the tofu green curry with a nice card. They also called to make sure everything was ok. They have a new regular customer. Delicious Tom yum soup, and Basil Eggplant as well.

Food is amazing!!! Tried their pad kra prao with minced pork, smoked chilli clams, fried pork jowl and desserts . All super tasty. Cozy place too have booths and tables.

Not as good as other eatbkk locations. Food doesn’t taste the same is lacking flavour compared to the one on Yonge and steeles and Yonge and Shepard. I got the khao soi and it feels like it’s been watered down ? Just not as rich..They also don’t charge tax if you pay with cash at the other locations. I’ve been eating at eatbkk for the last 6 years, and I love their food but was really disappointed. Next time I’d rather just drive to one of the other locations to get what I’m paying for.

I dont really care for places that try to bribe you with freebies for reviews. The staff is very lovely and polite. I ordered the lunch special chicken pad thai and chicken fried rice. Both dishes had very noticeably stale and offputting chicken. The packaging of the food was very good and amazing presentation on some veggie rolls i ordered.
