A friend recommended the sandwich to me, saying it was delicious.Really..really delicious!! After trying it once, I keep going. It's a sandwich that's completely filling. I highly recommend it, so much so that I can't give it 5 stars.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Hey Dalda cafe is. The woman who served me was beyond helpful and cheery: as a first-timer, I had many questions about the menu and her recommendations and she was happy to thoughtfully answer every one. The mocha iced coffee was delicious, as was the croffle: incredibly light, and just perfectly sweet.

Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Somewhat like a hole-in-the-wall take-out only Korean coffee shop, I happened upon this place while going to the food court at Shops on Yonge. Located just at the entrance of the food court on the second floor, it's a small little shop beside a Korean bakery. This time I ordered: 1. Egg and potato sandwich 2. Iced Americano (regular size) I love Korean coffee shops in South Korea and was really excited to try their food items. First off, I have to stress that this is a take-out only place. The iced americano was exactly what you'd expect from a diluted iced coffee drink. There was quite a lot of coffee for the size, and if anything, the coffee itself was slightly on the sour side. The aftertaste wasn't too bad though, as I've had much much worse americanos. Egg salad in Korea is known to be a little on the sweet side. When I traveled to Seoul, I was already accustomed to the fact that egg salad varies in taste according to the country. Whereas Japan is a little more creamy because of the mayo they use, Korean egg salad has a very distinct sweet taste. With the potato salad mixed into the egg, it balances out quite well. The bread is drier than the traditional Japanese milk bread I was used, which added to the fact that they put in the fridge, made the bread just...dry. The only problem was the egg shells. I ate three to four while having this sandwich. I think for $10.40 (tax included), it's an okay meal. There's a lot of egg salad in the sandwich, making it a little messy to eat. (I went home after buying this and transferred to a plate) I recommend this place for the convenience, if you just want something quick.

UPDATED REVIEWread the cafe’s response to my my review and decided to give them another try off Uber eatsThey went above and beyond to make everything perfect and I really appreciate it.They called me to inform meabout the caffeine content in my decaf coffee order Incase I’m unable to have any caffeine at all (I’m on medication and I can have caffeine but very little), included a free Croffle, even included a little note that indicated that my decaf coffee still has a little bit of caffeine and provided cute FREE herbal tea bag in addition to my coffee in case I was caffeine sensitiveThey really didn’t have to do all of that. They could’ve got my order as is, follow my basic notes, and crossed out the word “ham” on the sandwich packaging, but they added all these cute touches like notes and extras and I really appreciate that. The spicy sandwich was actually DELICIOUS and I’m so happy that it doesn’t have ham in it. Lol.Old review :Ordered off Uber eatsGot a crab meat sandwich as I’m a pescatarian and don’t eat beef pork or chickenThe description on Uber eats doesn’t mention any other meat in it but crab but when I arrived the ingredients on the sandwich package says ham + other ingredients that are not listed in the Uber eats description. There’s no phone number for me to call to confirm which description is right .Also required decaf ice americano and there was no receipt or not indicating that it’s decaf and I medically can not have caffeine so I didn’t risk drinking it.Sea salt chocolate chip cookie tasted pretty bad. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this place but literally no customer service available and no attention to important details or food safety standards

I ordered cranberry sandwich, spicy crab sandwich, and croffle. It was so good. My favourite was cranberry sandwich, and their croffle was so amazing, even better than other cafes or croissant place

2nd floor food court @ world on yonge(HOPE THE OWNER READ THIS REVIEW AND EDUCATE YOUR VARISTA)I ordered DECAF LATTE 3 days ago and I made sure and asked her if this was decaf. She said yes yes. She did not seem to care much. Later that night, I could not even sleep the entire night and I was up until next day afternoon with my heart pumping crazily as if I was on running machine. Then I passed out.I was angry at the barista @ hey, dalda cafe, she has given me Caffeine latte! She does not seen to care how caffeine that she served negatively effected to a decaf- drinker. If you are decaf -drinker, i would not recommend this place at all.

The staff was nice and patient and I got a coffee, a sandwich and a croffle and everything was good. The croffle was super good and not to sweet.?

The owner here is friendly, and the coffee and sandwiches are both cheap and delicious. Good.
