Nice rolls. But the fish they use are low quality fish, sometimes a little stinky. Lots of attempts to make cool dishes. Wish they would use higher quality fish.

There is NOTHING better than working a hard week knowing that on Friday's we get to order sushi from Hub Sushi Fusion to get the weekend started!!!! This is hands down THE BEST sushi we have EVER had thus far!!! We never go anywhere else because we know we will be getting superior quality food every single time, served with superior customer service as well. The pressed tuna and salmon is our favourite but we love so many other dishes as well....Unfortunately, it's Saturday now as I write this which means we have to wait until next Friday to order again....we would've had leftovers from last night's order but we ate it all since it was SO GOOD!!!! We absolutely LOVE Hub Sushi and will continue to keep going here for many Friday's to come, and who knows, maybe a few Saturdays might have to be added as well....

We have had take out from HUB twice and it is delicious. They are very careful about packing the food in the right containers to keep it fresh and at the correct temperature. The quality and taste of the rolls, soup and teriyaki dishes were amazing. They have many unique rolls. We loved the beef with noodles. Fantastic.

I liked this place until yesterday, the whole family was there, the first thing that caught my eye was the chandelier above the table, all covered with dust and cobwebs, when visitors came in from the draft everything fell down, but most importantly, yesterday’s sushi was NOT OK at all!!! The green dragon was not green at all but with black avocado, my husband’s sushi also looked very sad. Perhaps the staff changed or there was a different shift. I no longer recommend this place to friends and family.?

Hub Sushi is my favourite sushi restaurant in the area. They can make the salmon pressed roll both gluten and dairy free. Tonight Hub went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. I stopped by to pick up my order on the way home. It was late after a long day of work and errands. When I got home HUB was calling me to let me know I got the wrong order. Oh no! What was I to do. After such a long day I didn't want to drive back and asked if they could drop it off. They were so kind and dropped off my order. They also told me to keep the mistake order, so my parents who also love Hub Sushi were able to enjoy it the next day. Since this incident I have ordered from HUB plenty more times and it's always delicious. I always enjoy the food. The ambiance in the restaurant is casual not really delicious. I will always return to HUB because they make the BEST gluten and dairy free salmon aburi and they have gluten free soya sauce. Would I Return? Absolutely!

One of the best Sushi places in the GTA.The food is consistently great. The fish is always fresh. The service is impeccable. We had the pressed salmon sushi roll, seaweed salad, salmon sushi, and tuna sashimi.A must-eat family-run food joint.Update: I’ve had sushi from this spot several times now, both dine-in and delivered. The sushi is consistently amazing! :) Highly recommend the pressed salmon.

Been going for years. Last night my large to go order for 3 people came with zero wasabi and no ginger*. How does a sushi place forget wasabi & ginger it's all part of the sushi ritual? So I call, they're swamped busy (good for them, food is delish) the person I spoke to has no clue how to remedy this so I say "put me on hold and ask someone" and my call was dropped, I'm sure by accident. Although I'd identified myself and confirmed my phone#, they don't call back. After their rush is over, I call again and they offered to make it right with an appetizer I don't normally order. I said I don't know what would make it right, but that's not it, and invited them to take some time to think and call back if they wanted. Phone hasn't rung. What would you do? The whole crew changed a while ago with all new faces, I suspect new owners. Maybe try someplace else that's how I found them!*they did include 5 packets of soy sauce for 3 people, so 1.6 per person, it was tight.
