I really wanted to give a try to this since I love ice-cream BUT the girl who toke our order and make our ice-cream was very disappointing, I ordered a cookie dough with oreos pieces and smarties pieces for my daughter. And the girl told her she will mixed everything inside the container when she just put scoop of everything and close it up ending LOOKING terrible .very bad service .NEVER COMING BACK. 40 dollars gone

Had the taro ice cream. It was delicious, though it tasted like bubblegum. The cone would've been better if it hadn't tasted like it expired before the Jurassic age.

Ordered a milkshake and it was delcious. There was a sign that said it was 5.99 for a regular but in small and hard to see print only on Mondays Wednesdays and Sundays * and I went on a Friday. It was my fault I didn't read it but the owner still gave me full price but with a 15 % discount.

Do not come here. I literally saw a curly haired female worker eating out of the ice cream used to serve customers with the same exact spoon she put into her mouth. Unless you want something icky go for it ig. Anyways I wouldn’t risk gaining unnecessary calories from cross contaminated ice cream, you’re better off going to baskin robins.
understaffed location, management seems to treat workers unprofessionally in the sense that he was constantly correcting a female worker when customers were clearly around, not to mention there were literal flies around the store. not a pleasant or clean environment..

The guy who appears to be running the store is super unprofessional. I spent 20 minutes and watched him shame and discipline his only employee the entire time. He would constantly be telling her what to do and correcting in front of the customers instead of waiting for an appropriate time in private. The guy was also doing nothing and delegating it all to the one worker while the place was consistently busy

The concept of customized ice cream is great. Ordered the hazel nut ice cream with raspberry. The icecream itself was melting before it was served. The frozen raspberry were still whole. I would've like it to be crushed into the ice cream. The ice cream has a very strong milk flavor.Its ok. Would've been a better experience if the ice cream was colder.
