Today, I went to the drive thru to order, and as usual the staff were kind in greeting. I mentioned I wasn’t having the greatest day and wasn’t feeling well. I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, aka the “Cold Buster,” and also asked if they sold the tea bags in bulk boxes. I was sad to hear that Starbucks might be discontinuing the Peach Tranquility tea because I really love the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, and voiced this to the person taking my order. When I went up to the window, they handed me my drink and said it was on the house! Though it was a small gesture, I was touched and cried a bit. I really appreciated the pick-me-up on a crappy day. Thank you to the staff at this location!

I really love this place but im not sure whats wrong with the people working there. They all look dead, no greetings, no smile. For a 8$ drink you would hope to have good service and a welcoming vibe. Doesnt look like they wanna be there. Hire some people with great spirit not zombies.

There are a lot of flies in the stand where the food is, and when I told the staff, they said there's nothing they can do. Is it very difficult to clean those flies? Should we immediately fire the manager? I didn't expect this from Starbucks.

While on the more expensive side for a coffee place I can't find a better place for atmosphere, service and quality of products.They are always super helpful and accommodating on modifications to their recipes.Even on the rare time I'm going in not to buy a drink they are helpful.The staff feel like you are visiting old friends instead of walking into a coffee shop.
