Easy parking. The drive-through is a little bit tight and I don’t even know how larger vehicles would go through. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. However, sometimes my drink does take a really long time to be made. They focus more on the drive-through and maybe shortstaffed.

I had a good experience coming here and working, but last time when I came and ordered something I found out the internet is down (no sign!) then the room temp was cold for sitting and working! Again, we can see the downing of customer service in Canada!

I go to this Starbucks at least once a week for lunch, and I always run into grumpy baristas who are slow and unfriendly. But recently, I met Sarah, who was super sweet and made me feel welcome. She really changed my experience there! I hope to see her again soon!

Jordan working the drive thru was incredibly rude. Ordered 2 lattes and when arriving at the window became argumentative. Terrible customer service.

The bakery case is less than appealing, (I'll leave it at that). And the south facing windows badly need blinds because of that morning sun, (uncomfortably hot to sit near them, and good luck using your phone). Staff is nice.
