This must be the first REAL croissant I've had in years. My family keeps buying cheap, "not actual croissants" croissants from Costco, and I keep saying we should go to real bakeries. This place just proved my point from the first bite. The taste, the textures, everything was fantastic!Also the service is friendly and very helpful. Right away mentioned nut allergy concerns before I even thought about mine. This is a great patisserie to go to.

I ordered a cake for easter from sweet boutique. First timer I will be back! One of the only bakeries that I was able to order and pay online and pick up. I appreciate that convenience and will use their website again.

When I saw their sign that said buy 12 zeppoli and get one free I went to the counter and ordered 12. The CSR asked ”traditional or flavourer”? I said traditional not knowing the 13 came only with the traditional order but when she mentioned they had 4 flavours, strawberry, pistachios, chocolate and traditional ricotta and encouraged me to try the flavoured ones I changed my mind and asked for assorted. The other flavours came at a premium cost verses the traditional which I didn’t mind paying the $60.00. When I asked about the 13th one that I thought came free she said “that only comes with the traditional order” I must say I was so disappointed not bcs I didn’t get the 13 zeppoli but bcs I just spent $60.00 for something she recommended. I felt I had been tricked in to spending more and getting less and then told the offer didn’t apply to my order. Sadly that has turned me off completely from ever going there anymore.

I went to the restaurant and ordered a cappuccino ( which was all milk) and donuts, then found a hair in it, so I went to go talk to the woman upfront she said “cry about it” then I saw a big fat rat coming out the kitchen ( it was the owner) after waiting for twenty minutes for six donuts which tasted horrible. Anyways about the owner he got mad at me cause I wanted a recites for I can get a refund and he was yelling at me ( they don’t give recites so u can’t get refunded)I recommend not going here cause of costumer service and foodEveryone is meanThis guy is abusive to his familyAnd he does not pay Child support checks cause I’m friends with someone that knows him from experience so then I just went back home to get some sleep cause I got food poisoning the next day

This is hands down the worst bakery ever. Zero stars would have been more appropriate than one. As per their ordering policy, they kindly ask you to give them one week’s notice when placing an order. So you follow their policy only to find out that when you pick up your order, it’s not available for NO legit REASON AT ALL. That’s when the blame game starts… “how did you place the order?”, “was it online?”… “ummmm, the girl should have called you”, “ohhh she didn’t call you”… “you got the call, you just didn’t answer!” Keep in mind, absolutely NO ONE CALLED! Not only was I disappointed that my order was never made, I’m assuming they lost or forgot about the order. But I was offered the WORLD’S SMALLEST CAKE to serve twelve people as an apology, because at this point, they just needed me to keep my mouth shut; so what better way to do so then offer a free cake, but I only had two choices, chocolate or birthday cake. The cake was disgusting and not at all what I wanted. I was offered nothing equivalent to what my order was. I will say that offering the cake was a nice thing to do but it didn’t cover up for their mistakes. Once I brought this matter to the attention of the owner (days later), he went from having a very happy tone with me to a very disgusting tone with me. Didn’t even seem like he wanted to rectify the situation. So unfortunately, hence this review. They may have some great quality bakery items, but when it comes to customer service, they are lacking in that department. Of course the owner is going to cover up for his own mother when it was a clear flaw on their behalf, but making the customer feel like complete garbage was okay and making the customer feel as if it was their own fault. Definitely, will not be returning and they lost my business.

Today my husband got a cake for his birthday, he ordered it and requested it to be a vanilla cake with bananas, he wanted it to taste like banana foster. It was close to what he wanted. It was a delicious super soft cake and whipping cream was airy and taste was 10/10 considering it wasn’t something they usually make. They didn’t disappoint he was super happy with the outcome and we all thought it was perfection for taste and look. Thank you again to you and your team for a fantastic 35th birthday. Highly recommend everyone try this cake. If you could sell it on a weekly basis it would be gone every week. Thank you thank you !!!!
