Worst service tbh . The customers are always on the line waiting for someone to show up at the front and the employees are busy gossiping and hiding at the back . They never make our orders on time and busy chitchatting .. I am a regular customer there but when you’re in a hurry and thinking about grabbing a coffee at this place then hope you don’t waste your time because they always make you wait even though the place is not busy at all . And the employees they work like a turtle who don’t value customer’s time and patience !!

In the morning I ordered double double. Service was sooooo slow. A guy that was making me a coffee, did it really not in rush. Then he spilled my coffee and was starring at his coworker for few minutes. Finally, his coworker got me my coffee.

Worst tims coffee ever. Every time me and my father gets coffee here It’s consistently watered down. I feel like they’re trying to cut costs and only using half the package per brew because how can you mess up a pre-ground pre measured brew of coffee?

Employees just talk with each other after 11pm, ignore you, have no bakery items or food items prepared. What is even the point of having a 24 hours tims when the employees just slack and ignore you at the front counter until you yell at them? No discipline plus they have erased their names from their name tags, so we can’t complaint? The worst tim Hortons experience ever. Would not visit, would tell my friends to not visit.

I've been a regular customer for this location for countless years now as I work nearby. Every morning, I go to this place to buy food for me and my colleagues, I experienced attitudes from staffs most of the time, which I always ignored. Not today, though, 01/31/24, the staff is so mean (she) no manner at all ( I don't understand why Tim Hortons is hiring people without a good manner and right conduct) I can't tolerate it anymore so I decided not to go back to that place. Ever!

If I could give this place 0 I would. Very very dirty workers and unsanitary!!! I ordered a BLT at the driver thru and thank god I paid attention. The lady who took my order, used the same gloves to touch the dial, touch the screen of the computer, CLEAN THE COUNTER, and with the exact same gloves she took the bacon, lettuce and tomato placed in the middle of the sandwich, and then proceeded to take other bun and place it on top. Wrapped it and set it aside. Didn’t bother to change clothes, wash hands, nothing. I did not pay for the BLT and she wanted to make another one, of which I refused. Absolutely not, not with those dirty hands. Disgusting. Won’t come again.

Poor service deliberately provided! Disappointed with the crispy chicken wraps at the drive through. The chicken was probably rotten and we had to throw it off. Never had such a bad taste! #
