Came in with my mom this morning, there was a single man in line in front of us and I kid you not it took 5+ minutes for the woman to take his order. Then it took another 5+ minutes to take our order, we got one coffee, a bagel, and a biscuit breakfast sandwich. We got our food rather quick but had to wait for the coffee for almost 10 minutes, just for the woman to say in a rather rude tone “it’s right here” and point to a coffee placed with all the mobile orders. How are we supposed to know the coffee she put without a single word was ours and not a part of the mobile order it was practically touching? At the very least there needs to be another person up front, or a whole different person all together. It would have been faster to drive to Hanover and go to one of their Timmies, I guess we’ll do that next time

Went through drive-thru Saturday March 16th at 6:52pm and the gentleman working drive-thru was incredible! I haven't had such great customer service in a long time. Give this guy a raise!

Can’t really rate the food considering they never have any. 10AM on a Saturday and they’re completely out of everything. Never mind in the evening during the week, unless you want just a coffee (and not a good one) don’t bother. Well worth the drive in Hanover for good service and to get what you actually want. I understand understaffing but I don’t think quantity is the issue, there’s always plenty of kids standing around behind the counter.

I only gave two stars for a benefit of the doubt as these poor workers are making very little money and ran to the ground. This place is just awful.. management isn’t great and they don’t give students hours yet they hire them. It’s a shame to see a Tim’s with so much potential be ran this way.

This place made me wait for 2 drinks for 15 minutes, and even then they didn’t get my order right they put coffee instead of steeped tea, they where rude and they don’t pay good money they should pay more then 15.60 they don’t care for there workers and have horrible
