Start by being less rude to guests. We got up from our table (10 of us) after being told we should have called ahead and made reservations. The reason the son gave us was that the staff partied last night and they were short staffed because of hangovers. There were only 3 or 4 other customers in the place and we told him it was OK, that we were in no hurry. We even introduced ourselves to the son (Taylor) who really seemed put off that we were even there. We got up and spent out money over at St Louis across the street. All together the tips added up to over $120. Won't go back to the Beacon.
