I used to love going to this Tim Hortons for lunch a couple years ago, now it is absolutely terrible. The food is disgusting and never made correctly and i feel like the staff is untrained and very hard to understand especially over the speaker system in the drive thru. I ordered a bacon wrap today (thinking i’ll give it another try maybe they’ll do better this time), but no when i received the wrap i could not even see the food inside of it because it was absolutely drenched in sauce all soggy. When i unwrapped it i also noticed that they gave me a sausage and not bacon wrap…Yes this is fast food but this happens every single time i try to get food from here, this is so unacceptable. Please do better Tims.

Two people got served before me, even though I was waiting in line first. When I asked about it, I was told the person that got served before me is paying for everyone in line - but that was a lie because I watched everyone pay for their stuff themselves. When I paid for my coffee the lady at the window gave me attitude because she assumed I was using debit, but I was using my scan and pay. Then as I was taste testing the coffee (because the last 3 coffees I've gotten from them were wrong) she was telling me to hurry up and she has other customers to serve.Disgusting service. Do yourself a favour and go to another timmies.

My local Tim Hortons which i visit 1-2 times a month. Never too busy when dining/eating in. The drive thru line is normally busier.Staff are friendly and service is swift.Restaurant area is relatively clean.

The morning staff are always so rude to me. I go in to Tim’s almost everyday and I am always served by the same lady named Sue. She is incredibly racist and rude. I asked for a fork and she gave me a knife, then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. In what world would I need a knife to eat tim bits? She is very racially motivated because she will call anybody who is the same race “siblings”. I have many poc friends who are of the same race as me. Everyday she will ask “Are you siblings? You must be siblings.” And after we say no, she will go ahead and ask the same thing tomorrow. This will happen with every single one of my poc friends that I hang out with. The funny thing is that we are two completely different races, and we are quite literally two different looking people. It’s very obvious that we are not related in the slightest, yet somehow we will always be related in her eyes. Next, shes always rude for absolutely no reason at all. Miss, you work at a Tim Horton’s… Shes always giving attitude to teenagers especially, and shes always sucking up to adults who are clearly in the wrong. Shes always rolling her eyes, interrupting customers, SIGHING LOUDLY, and so much more that makes me wonder how she isn’t even fired yet. Management should just kick her off the team, she doesn’t even know the basics of customer service or respect. She’s always denying things that have clearly been said or asked by the customer, because apparently she is always right. Sue must be an angel because she can “never do no wrong”. When she gets an order wrong she will scoff and roll her eyes, then proceed to snatch the item back AGGRESSIVELY. Why work at a Tim Horton’s if your temper is as short as your height?

Very clean, modern, and friendly Tim's with the standard Tim's offerings. I was there just after mid-day, and it was busy with a younger crowd. Service was quick and friendly, so when I'm nearby I will call in forms coffee and breakfast.

Worst Drive Through service , their speaker are so old and outdated that customer gets confused which lanes had order taken . Staff is ridiculous not ready to help . Management needs to change and training ASAP .

We just moved to Waterdown and my brother who is a senior enjoys going for his walks and getting a coffee. The last few times at this location the lady on cash keeps telling him he has no money left on his gift card, when the other attendant swipes it for him he has $5. She is rude to him and yells at him, gets his order wrong. What’s wrong with this place? Good thing is that Macdonalds is right next to this Tim’s location. People are much friendlier and helpful. Problem solved.
