My first time here I like other a&w's I've been to but the kitchen staff at this one is absolutely useless there's one lady ahead of me waiting for food it's breakfast time so I'm assuming fresh food is being made right? and I'm waiting, so I get my food go sit in my car to eat, the sandwich is a greasy mess the egg is cold but the cheese is melted (I don't even wanna know) same with the hashbrown cold n soaked in oil like it was fried in cold oil like what kind of malicious food hating aliens are taking over the fast food industry in Ontario!? it's concerning ?

The worst A&W I ever had in this location. Usually any other A W i tried I like it. But this location was the worst. The girl behind the counter had no customer service. And on top she gave me the wrong burger even that, the patty in the burger was super dry.***** THIS WAS THE WORST LOCATION *****

I was charged $10 for a plain cheeseburger and they wanted extra for the cheese... not to mention...in the summer, flies everywhere... which means MAGGOTS! I will NEVER GO BACK !
