A&W used to be my go-to fast food place but I'm done.I waited in line at the drive-through for 28 minutes (there were only 4 cars in front of me) and I ended up paying close to $25 for 2 burgers, a single fry and a single drink. The food was goodish (as usual) but the long wait put me in a crabby mind-frame and I when I paid the cost I decided that I'm not visiting this place anymore.I can't know if all A&W's are as slow or pricey as this one.... and maybe one day I'll try a different franchise.... but until I get brave (and until I have a lot of time to waste), I'm through buying food from here.

I went to this place last week, and inquire about their new product peri peri potato b, during that I asked the person who was at the counter is that are you guys frying that potato petty in separate oil because I'm vegetarian, and that person told me I can't guarantee you. The answer should be simple YES or NO.You're working in the kitchen so you know that which oil fryer you using for frying. I am not telling them to put a special fryer for me but atleast they have to provide a simple answer.Totally disappointed with their service.

I stopped in for a take out order consisting of a Sausage & Egger and Onion Rings. I waited 15 minutes for my food. They had to remake the sandwich because I ordered it on an English muffin and they made it with a hamburger bun. When I finally received my bag of food, this is what the Bacon & Egger looked like, teeth marks and all.

I was very pleasantly surprised this past Saturday with a visit to this location. The food is always good and now served old-scool to those of us that remember and wish to go back..My sister and I sat and had a really nice conversation with a lady we found out is the DM for this location who was sitting beside us. She was very proud of her offerings and even more proud of her new manager and his staff! They have really made a very positive difference to the St Jacob's Farmers Market location and we will be returning ASAP!

There's an extremely friendly and helpful worker (possibly manager?) who's helped me both times I've come here. It makes me far likelier to keep coming here!
Very friendly staff and breakfast was done right as expected... the place was well kept and well-stocked with supplies.

Picked up a chicken burger through the drive thru. Lettuce was wilted and dark and had black all throughout it, indicating that it was well past its expiry date. Gross ?
