Kept informing them I couldn't have cilantro. Going so far to double check with them verbally that an item doesn't have it before they put it on my food. The staff really struggled with English, and ended up putting cilantro on my food. Either intentionally or due to cross contamination since they just put their hand into the food and don't use separate utensils.Couldn't finish my food and now my mouth and throat will be burning for the rest of the day.Didn't offer me a receipt either.

We placed an online party order last week for our end of year team party (university softball). The folks at the Weber/Bridgeport location were super helpful over the phone, and delivered the order to us on time, and the food quality and quantity was absolutely amazing! The owners at this location seem to go above and beyond with respect to customer satisfaction. I will 100% come to this store again, not only for team events, but also just for a take out meal for my immediate family.

I have deleted my previous bad review from August 2023 and posting this new review today, November 7, 2023. Whoever is working tonight is amazing!! They Bang Bang shrimp bowl I received is exactly what I wanted and the quantity and quality of the bowl is beautiful. The items were placed in with thought and intention, each item delicately layered to give culinary experience with every bite. You may not see the layers in my photos but trust me it is there. I have to say this is the best Barburrito bowl I have had so far. Well done to the staff and to the owner for hearing my cries on how disappointing my previous experiences have been. Now I can't speak to the atmosphere as I was not the one picking up the food but I gave it a 5 star anyway. Overall this food experience exceeds the 5-star rating. I am keeping some photos to show you how my burrito bowl had been disappointing in the past and you can now see, through my new photos, how much has changed. I also want to say to the owner of this establishment, if this great experience I had is because of the star employee that made my bowl I would recommend you get all the staff to put as much care into their work as this employee did, it will only increase your sales because people will go out of their way to come to this location, I know I will.Note: from the photos you can see the clear difference in how the food used to be prepared to how it was today, night and day difference.
