I have worked as a manger for 6 locations across different provinces and cities and trust me, this is the worst one!! In terms of inventory management, customer service, attention to basics forget details, and action planning. They are always exceptionally low on staff, manager is NEVER on site or available for client interaction, basic inventory like apples, beets, bananas are monitored or reflected for customers review before ordering. They do not accept customer reviews as an opportunity to improve rather ignore them just because of their location advantage. I am not the one to get disappointed easily but what she did to my drink right in front of me after knowing that I have managed so many booster juices was unbelievable - I ordered 3 hail for kale and the rep had no idea about the quantity. Drinks just tasted like apples and nothing else. She made juice for two and quarter drinks when I ordered 3 and then added only apples to compensate. There is a proportion for god sake - its a mixed juice at the end of the day. Just change your name from BOOSTER JUICE to BOOSTER SMOOTHIE if you can’t maintain the standard. Your juicer is broken down most of the time anyway and barely any staff is trained to make juice, they just wing it which is not what we pay $9 each for a glass you know.

Went there to partake in the buy one get one free anniversary promotion, when I got there I discovered they closed at 6pm and not 9pm as they have listed on google. I love to see that Booster Juice values their customers so much that they want them visit even when they are closed!

I don’t think this location actually exists! I went around looking but couldn’t find it. Even the recent reviews show the kings street location: they should remove this if it doesn’t exist!!

As someone else said, horrible employee efficiency: even when there was no one in line I waited ~10 minutes for a snack size smoothie. Ridiculous!

expect to wait >40 mins for a half-full drink. terrible customer service efficiency, they also make your order by convenience instead of first come first serve (they wait until another person orders the same thing so they can make it at the same time)
