The bourbon chicken isn't something I would make myself at home so it's a treat every once in a while. Everything is fresh and on point taste wise. I try not to think about all the chemicals that make it so tender and just enjoy!! ? Enjoy your food.

After expressing I was vegetarian and would like a separate container for the chicken (to bring to my SO) they refused to provide a second container and than tried to tell me I could “move the chicken over” in the end I had to PAY for a second container and did not get to eat any of my portion.

The food here is always good. It's certainly much better than the Burboun St.Grill location at Fairview park mall. It's alot of food for 20$ and I cannot think of a time where I have been displeased with eating bourbon chicken .Kid-friendliness: It's a mall setting, so families are welcome.Parking: Massive lot.

Busy day we stopped by seeing the people lined up thought they might have changed their menu. Big mistake flavourless. Customer service down the hill. No need to mention. It’s ok it’s a take out fast food but no need to be disrespectful towards customers!

The bourbon chicken is not that much delicious but worth going out of your way to try.The problem with this location — I'm not sure about other locations, as I've never experienced this problem with the only other one that I've been to — is that they start making preselected, discounted plates at around 5:30 PM. Considering that the location closes at 9:30 PM, and when they start making said plates is the time that most people are getting dinner on their way home, you either get a combination that you may not like or end up not eating here altogether.In overall the food is okay to try....Parking: Plenty of free parking available in front and sides of the mallWheelchair accessibility: No issues with the wheelchair chair accessibility
