Laura and the rest of the staff are phenomenal human beings and make the trip from Kitchener worth it.The food is consistently good, and very competitive for the price point.The space was recently renovated, and is very clean and comfortable; especially considering they mostly serve Uni Students on a daily basis.Best BK in Kitchener-Waterloo by far.

Poor Customer Service ExperienceI recently visited the store and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that the staff had no regard for customer satisfaction.Moreover, the attitude of the staff was appalling. They were dismissive, displaying a complete disregard for basic courtesy and respect towards customers.Overall, my experience at Burger King was extremely unsatisfactory

The lack of staff late at night really hurts this place. Long lines served by 1-2 workers :lOriginal chicken sandwich + BK big fish are ok.
Tried the chicken sandwich from here for the first and last time. Could tell the oil used to fry the chicken is past its time and gives the chicken a very gross chemical-like taste. gross.

Exceptional, Yeah i mean exceptional !!!!! One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. It was sooo good that i went and congratulated the staff who made it . His name is Rial, I went there to avail an offer after completed one survey. I had visited almost four burger king outlets in KI, but i salute the team because I am writing this review at night 10.45, The team was effectively handling the high rush and they make exceptional food. Just WOOWW!!!!! . You can have a look at my profile i had made almost 1600 contributions and traveled all over the world and this outlet stands versatile. Hats off team keep up the great work.A note to top management, add more people cos with this quality food the rush in this outlet will spike!!!!!
