4 people ordered 4 drinks, 4 apps,4 entrees at the same time. I get my appetizer, the other 3 ppl waited about 20 min for theirs. Obviously I'm not gonna start eating alone. My foods already cold. Not even a minute later, a steak comes out for me. Missing the lobster . They took it back. Another minute goes by, all the entrees come out at the same time, less than 3 min before the apps came out. Took another 30 min for my steak and lobster. Not once were we asked how things were. If we needed anything, not a drink refill. All steaks were over cooked. I understand that foods relatively cheap but service was brutal. Food was barely warm and over cooked. Waiter said I ordered calamari as my main but steak as my appetizer that's why the steak came out but I was like you already brought me calamari so I don't understand your point. Same server dropped a knife in the middle of the walk way, watched about 30 ppl walk by before anyone picked it up.

I came here Saturday march 9th for lunch at 130 was seated in bar area, given a menu, after like 15 minutes the bartender came over took my order after he noticed no one was helping me I ordered a surf and turf and a water. Waited another 30 minutes heard the bell ringing multiple times for my order pick up while the bartender and hostess chat it up at the bar and I still don’t have a glass of water, I walked out of the restaurant and the bartender followed me to the parking lot to let me know my food is ready, thanks buddy, use to come here once every weekend I will not ever be back I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The worst service I have ever experienced. We waited 20 mins and had to flag someone down just for them to take our drink order. Then had to wait another 15 mins just for our drinks.The restaurant is not busy as I currently sit here waiting for them to fix my food that was completely undercooked. And had to flag someone down again just to have them cook it longer. The only mean that can out right was the burger. My daughter and son’s pasta is cold and completely hard. When I informed the waiter of the issues. He looked and me and said “okay and”.If I could give this place zero stars I would.I will never come back to this restaurant.

So me and my boyfriend went here for Valentine’s Day. We waited almost 10 minutes before being seated, keep in mind it was absolutely empty in the establishment and there were was not a single person to seat us to be seen. Finally after waiting, we were seated and we got our drinks. we waited about another 15 mins for our waitress to just come back and ask us if we were ready to order. After the usual wait we got our appetizer. She then left again and we waited an absurd amount of time just to order OUR FOOD. After ordering our food she sent it to the kitchen, not even 5 mins later she came back over asking us if we were ready to order our food after we had just ordered. After waiting for our food we ended up getting the wrong food we had ordered, and sent it back waiting another 30 mins. Not once this entire time while waiting for our food or eating our food did we get checked up on, not even asking if we wanted refills. After finishing our food she walked past us several times (not busy btw) and we tried to flag her down and she right out ignored us. We were waiting so long for the bill that we ended up getting up and asking a server that wasn’t even ours to check us out. We were there for 2 and a half hours almost 3 and if I’m honest that was probably the worst part about Valentine’s Day. You’d think you would be ready to serve people and be at the top of your game on a day that’s busy for restaurants such as Valentine’s Day. We were gonna ask for some sort of compensation but we were so fed up we just left after paying.
I had a great experience here! i believe my servers name was Olivia M, and she was great! checked in and made an effort to make sure my food was correct. she also was very friendly and fun. definitely recommend the spinach dip! it was amazing.

My husband and I love to frequent this location when neither of us feel like cooking. The food is always hot and arrives promptly. We always come in when Mikayla is working (she’s an absolute delight) and she makes our drinks perfectly every time. She’s the #1 reason we keep coming back!!The after 9:00 p.m. app deals are always amazing and the cheap beer for leafs games make it even better.
