The food is great, portions could be a tad bigger. Never had a problem with the service. The AC could be turned down a bit, its always freezing in there lolKid-friendliness: Have a good kids menu to choose from for $8 and a cute coloring page.

I'm a bit disappointed. I've been to a few Cora's, and I must say this one is the worst one. 1st the parking is not available, you have to park on the street and enter through the city center. Not clear marked, etc. The pancakes i ordered came very dry. There was English cream but a bit on the outside. They were good but dry, and strawberries weren't the best. Some were not fresh at all, and some stared to go bad. There was only one like that, but still.

Hadn't been back in a couple years had time to kill figured I could get a nice meal like I remembered. Ordered a maple late and a breakfast poutine. Got a coffee and a cold meal. Fries weren't even warm, I don't expect right out of the fryer hot, but they have to at least be warm. Cold room temp fries are gross. The sides of one was warm due to the plate at least being warm but the center was an old recrystalized mess. At least they took it off my bill. What a disappointment.

Eggs and bread were okay, as one might expect at most Cora outlets. The strawberries were very clearly off. We didn't mention it to the server as we had errands and didn't want to wait longer. Otherwise, location is good, right next to an LRT stop.Parking: We found adequate free parking just across the LRT tracks.

Cora is a really great restaurant. They have a kid friendly environment and delicious food. Anyone is welcome and everyone there is super friendly. My only complaint was service was a little slow. Overall I give a five star rating.

Best experience ever! 5-stars to the team at Cora’s. Alex (host) provided friendly service and allowed us to sit outside when requested. At this point we were greeted by a 5-star server (Amber), who was absolutely amazing!!! Friendly, timely and attentive. Thank you sooooo much for making this one of our best visits to Cora’s in Waterloo!

We had a wonderful experience, even though it was a Sunday and we came at peak hour the wait wasn’t long, the food came to our table really quickly, and our server Amber was awesome super attentive, and honestly she was such a star! Will be back.

The food is excellent, the waiter prompt and courteous, and the breakfast menu is extensive. I would highly recommend it.

A very nice and professional American breakfast/lunch restaurant. It's really nice for both formal meals and less formal gatherings. The menu is exquisite and the food tastes amazing, for a relatively reasonable price. Place is incredibly busy usually however, so service will be slow (expect 30+ minutes of waiting to be served.) overall great impression for a breakfast place.
