First, I want to say the customer service and hospitality is amazing. For my first time I had a great experience. the broth was amazing, and the way you grab your wide selection of fresh ingredients was a treat. They made fried rice and fries on the side and offered drinks when asked immediately.I see some reviews claiming they weren't taken care of but That is not true. they are watching to make sure you are happy, but they let you do your thing and don't get in your way.The option to split from vegetarian and not was great as well. I give them thanks and I will be back

This was my second time here, since the first time I had a really good experience. You're able to get two different soups if you want, and the hotpot choices for ingredients are plentiful. It's also a good portion when you get the items. My friend and I ended up eating quite a lot!The pop is free, and they have slushies for an additional price. The sauce bar has a wide variety of sauces, and the atmosphere is actually quite comfortable! The service is really what makes me love this place. I've never caught her name, but the sweet older lady who helped us was super attentive and kind, and didnt give us weird looks for asking for forks. All in all, a great place. I'm going back as soon as I can!!

A friend was visiting from the States, so we decided to hit this spot for lunch. Were we ever glad we did!We went around 12:30pm. While there were some guests, it wasn’t packed, so we had our choice of tables. We ordered the all-you-can-eat hot pot; our two broths were the spicy beef broth with hot oil, and pork broth. Each was delicious in its own way. The spicy beef broth was pretty intense, but it brought layers of flavour along with the heat. They have a condiments bar, offering a large variety of sauces, oils, green shallots, cilantro (aka coriander), and seasonings. We selected a range of items to put in the pot.The fresh dumplings were definitely the star of the show, marrying gloriously with sesame oil and peanut sauce after spending time in the pork broth jacuzzi. I had never tried winter melon, so that was an experience. Beef cooked in the spicy broth went perfectly with a bit of cilantro. We got a few shrimp, but they are neither peeled nor deveined, making them a bit messy to eat. A pitcher of lychee slush was a welcome breath of cold between spicy, savoury bites. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. My only quibble is that I was pretty sure we had ordered broccoli, but received watercress. To be fair, that could have been my fault if I’d checked the wrong box by accident. Still, watercress is tasty, so who am I to complain? It’s a tad on the pricy side, with AYCE lunch costing around $40. The dumplings alone were worth the money. So, SO delicious.I will definitely come back here!

Tasty hot pot AYCE. Very kind servers. If you order something and it doesn’t come it probably means they are out and the server will come tell you. Our server was very busy.Get the tapioca pearl self serve dessert (lactose free I think) next to the dipping sauce station :) the spicy beef soup is very spicy. I really liked their spam (it’s Chinese spam not the North America kind), as well as the udon noodles and cuts of meat.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free, lactose free

A group of my friends and I decided to try hot pot for the first time last week. We weren't very hungry and asked if we could only pay for each individual item. Our waitress could barely speak English but nodded. We thought she understood. There was only 1 other table in the whole restaurant and they were finishing up. We sat there for such a long time waiting for anything that we ordered. When we got the food, it was honestly bland. The only thing we enjoyed was the dessert buns. When it came time to pay after barely eating anything, we were forced to pay $45 per person. Which is insane for the quality and amount of food we ate. I genuinely feel so bad for the waitress because she could not understand any questions we asked. We tried to use Google Translate, but that didn't work. We're pretty sure the waitress was recording us and our interaction because we had wanted to pay for the items we ordered, not all you can eat price, which wasn't explained to us very well at the start. Do not come to this restaurant unless you speak fluent Chinese because you won't be able to communicate to staff otherwise. I would definitely recommend hiring staff who speak fluent English because this is a primary English speaking country. It's going to be very hard to communicate with the majority of guests and provide proper service if your staff can not understand anything the guests ask them. We will not be coming back.

This place is so slow and cannot place orders properly.

Definitely don't get the original crossing the bridge noodle soup. In my opinion it's basically water masquerading as soup. I personally really like the kimchi broth with the rice noodles because it really packs a punch, and is just a little bit spicy. Make sure to get the free refills on the rice noodles for maximum value, note that they only do rice noodles at lunch, they don't put the toppings on a tray anymore like you might see in the pictures (they just throw it all in before it gets to you), and they don't take credit - but overall a pretty satisfying place to have a casual lunch

Cannot believe that the food delivery need 1hour and a half to my place. Only 1km. How slow you guys make noodles. The environment is ok but the service in here used to be extremely bad. And it is better now to be honest. What a slow noodles maker!
