Poor establishment that is run by a punk that lies through his teeth and purposely wastes several extra minutes of your time when they make errors, evidently I’m complaining about my food being cold and ice cream melted due to a 15 minute wait on some children hiding in the back after promising me my refund for the $3.75 under carbonated soft drink which I can confirm the workers are aware about the drinks not being carbonated because when I brought the drink back and said I want a refund they asked if it was flat, yet continue to sell them as if it’s normal and not a problem. I want my money back scammers. I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience and amongst local Facebook pages. Shame on you kid. You have a lot to learn about proper business and customer service. You lost a lifelong customer and it’s unfortunate because I live very close to your establishment. You ruined it for me. I will never forget the way I felt while being poorly treated by the young male worker who’s parents are the owners of the establishment. I can’t see them being open for much longer as they are incompetent and verbally incapacitated when it comes to talking to a customer, treating them with respect and dignity who is raising a completely legitimate and valid concern regarding lack of beverage quality. Do better DQ. Issuing a refund should be graceful and quick. Not a game of hide and go seek and he said she said. Grow up. The bosses are just as shady as the employees. When was your last inspection??

Can I speak with the manager please? I'd like to let them know what a great place they run: always clean & tidy and very friendly staff. Burgers juicy, meaty and tasty and onion rings delicious. Even table service! A great little spot and the best DQ in KW.Thanks for everything you and the staff are doing, please keep it up and continue to hire thoughtfully.

This is the best DQ location. Staff are so friendly. Wide selection of cakes, well decorated. They were patient in answering all my questions. Wonderful, would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Peanut allergy and gluten free were accommodatedParking: Lots of spaces available, did not have any issues.Kid-friendliness: Space was welcoming to kids. Lots of tables and chairs.

Absolutely disgusting. The ice cream tasted stale, and there were chunks of weird bread-like material in it. Also, I went with my elderly mother to the store, and I asked if they would help with her seating as she was in a wheelchair.Both the two young men working sighed deeply, one came out to help her wheelchair in place, and he was having a hard time moving it. He then calls over the other staff, and they aggressively tried pushing my mother's wheelchair in place, and hurt her in the process as they were being hostile. Then, as they were unable to move it in place properly, they kicked the wheel of the wheelchair and went back to the counter. I was appalled, I told them it was inappropriate. NOT EVEN A SORRY. THEY JUST TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK TO WORK. I decided to leave, but by then my ice cream was ready, which I mentioned, absolutely disgusting.

I had : the flamethrower signature stack burger comboMy girlfriend: spicy crispy chicken sandwichLarge fries and rings.Sent to the belmont village side of Kitchener.Everything was top. Chicken was cooked perfectly, cheese was melted to perfection.Food was hot.And bonus: delivered in 15 minsNo joke.Will be a regular.Thanks team.
