I'm certain ownership has changed here in the last 2-3 years. Used to come here all the time and came here first the first time in a while and immediately something was off. A line out the door and people waiting 15-20 mins for two blizzards. Employees handing people the wrong orders and no communication. Some lady even came in after waiting 20 minutes for a blizzard for curbside pickup.

Stopped in for a fudge Sunday and peanut buster parfait. Both were shorted had nearly any fudge sauce. Server grudgingly added more sauce to the sauce. The layers of parfait were obviously dry, the server tried to smile through it, but the manager was visibly and awkward frustrated by needing to remake it. Obviously both seem to need training, on the menu standards and appropriate management behaviors.

I ordered a large Choco Brownie Extreme from the store last night. The blizzard was not blended properly. The white ice cream was CLEARLY visible and there were no Choco chunks, brownie pieces and coco fudge from the middle of the cup. I am highly disappointed !

We placed a mobile order and parts of it were incorrect. We live about a 20 minute drive away, so we didn't go back. However, I called, but could not understand the person I was speaking to. We will never be back to this location. Horrible service.

The Blizzards we ordered were a melted mess (I thought DQ used to do the upside down check to make sure the dessert was frozen). The smarties Blizzard we ordered barely had any smarties in it. Awful experience, not coming back.

Used to be our favorite DQ to go to. Since new ownership the service has gone completely downhill. Take forever to make orders and can't seem to ever get them right. Will be going elsewhere now.

This used to be my go to Dairy Queen one of the best but now it’s one of the worst. I ordered the chicken with a sundae. The chicken was tough and the sundae was like whipped cream. I would not advise anyone to go to this DQ. When I walked in, it was not clean and at noon hour it was basically empty.

Interestingly enough, most of the 5 star reviews are from people who live in another country. Waterloo residents will tell you this location is a mess since new ownership has taken hold.

The only problem I have is why all employees in the back feel they have to speak their own language? I work with many people who speak my language at work but it is highly unprofessional to speak in your language when others around you don't understand it. Please speak to your colleagues in their language during break or when you're not at work. Lastly, please wear gloves and hairnets when working in the kitchen.

Terrible service ever since the new owners took over.The cashier has AirPods in while she is serving customers.We waited almost 10 minutes before anyone served us and nobody else was in the restaurant.We could hear the employees talking to each other in the back as we waited.
