I was at this location last night around 15 minute to close. The service was super slow, they had 5 staff working, all them seemed super clueless 3 of them were just standing around just talking not even trying to help. I waited over 10 minutes in line for someone to take my order. This is slowest Dairy Queen. So after my order was taken 3 other staff members just walked away from the floor and stood in the office on their phones, not caring to help to new employees who were in training, there was still 6 customers waiting for their food to be done. I would love to have a manager reach out to me please. I won't be coming back at all unless something changes.

Ordered a peanut buster parfait, with added peanut butter cups. Only the person who made it didnt carefully read the ticket, and she had to go back to remake it. What she came back with only had toppings and sauce, on the bottom and the top, and was missing the entire middle layer. Didn’t seem she knew that was a signature element of the peanut buster parfait. I didn’t want to be a jerk and send her back to make it, yet again.I hate to be a pain, or be public about it, but there is no other way to air grievances. A comment/complaint box or email would be better than this forum.While I was there, I saw another server make three blizzards in error, and throw them all out. Seems like the staff would benefit from some training.

This location is a hit and miss, their Blizzards are sometimes more like smoothies, no pieces at all, either they're skimping on the toppings or the servers need more training.Also, some training in customer service wouldn't hurt. Won't be going back.

I've lived nearby this dairy queen my whole life, its always had great customer service and of course my favorite treats.
Even though i have been to this place quite a few times, i went today again after a long time and surprisingly it was 50% of customer appreciation day.I got total of 5 orders such as strawberry cheesecake blizzard, cookiedough blizzard and stuff but everything was messed up. Strawberry cheesecake hardly had any cheesecake chunks in it, cookie dough again had no chunks in it. I am not sure because it was half the price, they gave it like that. Disappointed!

The ice cream was very delicious and good portion, however they don’t give change when you pay cash at this location, which is very annoying and tedious. However if your fine with that this place is normally good for grabbing an ice cream and heading out.

Awful experience, took over 20 mins to order and receive food. Went at 10pm. There was many doordashers just cutting in line too and taking their orders. No respect for the in-person customers.
