Food quality has degraded so much. It really hurts to see the best dosa serving restaurant has lost its glory. The food is really below average. I regret paying for what i got served. Chef Pravin has left the food joint and looks like the good taste has left with him too.I feel cheated.Tip for the chef: you might have lost your sense of taste but the least you can do is to taste if your dosa masala has salt in it

I visited the location yesterday after loving the food from dosa eatery (london location). But this location is not at all worth the name. I tried chefs signature dosa at both the locations. Here in waterloo chef signature was same as regular masala dosa with just onions garnished on it, whereas the one i tried at their London location was so delicious with paneer, potatoes, onion and many more stuffed ingredients in their dosa. I would suggest not trying this location if you have ever tried any other dosa eatery as you will start hating the chain.

Ordered Dosa from here through Uber. The dosa batter was not in proper proportion because of which dosa tasted horrible. And after some time, dosa was hard. The vada was also bad, tasted like wheat vada. Ordered because of the great reviews but disappointed.

Pathetic dosa i ever had trust me, the sambhar tasted so awful it was not even hot.I got Masala dosa with no Masala on sides but all together accumulated in the middle with no proper masala and just boiled potato in it.The girls working there doesn’t know “customer service” or how to greet or how to interact with their customers and have some attitude issue it seems! .
