Took over an hour to deliver. Was under the impression it would be like a timbit. They are just gross greasey Mr. Puffs knock offs. They didn't put half the toppings and charged the same as Mr. Puffs. Not good at all.

We wanted to try a late night dessert run for some warm, gooey dough bits. They were hard, stale and dripping with oil. First time I tried them 6 or 7 months ago, the taste was amazing, now they just pawn off whatever they're about to trash in the bin. Waste of money and never going again.

Will come back for more!Update:Bought again, this time they didn't make new batches and used old batches of fried bits. It doesn't taste good and tastes stale. If they don't fry anything fresh, I'll never come back.

Get the dough bits but skip the coffees! The "espresso" and "latte" come out of a machine - not an espresso machine (one where you push a button) - and the latte uses a powder for the milk, not very nice.The bits are quite nice, and it's fun to choose toppings for them. Friendly staff.

I wouldn't call what I got ice cream, it was more of a vanilla flavored ice slushy. It was very grainy and watery, no cream texture or flavor.

My honest review: the customer service was great! The place was nice and the employee was very welcoming. However to all my brown and arab ppl - the taste of it is not good at ALL. The taste of the oil that they use to fry it tastes disgusting. Its so overpowering i cant even describe to you how bad it was. It almost tasted like old vegetable oil coated with nutella- im sorry i tried to like it i couldnt, the taste was too strong. Its not worth your money unfortunately i had to throw it out bc i could not eat more than one bite:(Hope this is taken into consideration and changed:(Thanks for the good service though!
