This is the best burrito in Waterloo, hands down. Kevin is a great guy who cares about his customers and takes the time to make every burrito right. Definitely recommend you swing by before or after your trip to Costco. It's worth braving the roundabout.

The food at this place has really gone down hill, the toppings looked old and I witnessed the staff dump water into already watery refried beans. We ordered our food in store and 45 minutes later it was ready for take out. They gave us a coupon for a small discount off the next meal with a minimum purchase lol. The food tasted bland and they have lost what used to make their sauces and flavours special.Edit: I upped the rating to 2 stars for the owner replying. I won’t be contacting you further, it is a sign of current times. Many other restaurant chains are doing the same. We simply won’t be returning. Best of luck.

I showed up at 11pm not knowing it was right at closing time. I had gone to the wrong location thinking it was open until 12am. The owners and workers were super nice and took my order even through they were closed. There was no hesitation, they were happy to take my order. Super nice owners and staff!!! Also, the food was amazingly good!

At this particular location specifically! I’ve tried three of their BIG burritos with fish, shrimp and roasted chicken and they have all been the absolute best burritos I’ve had the pleasure of consuming! The toppings and wraps are fresh FRESH, and it’s the only burrito place that Actually grills the entire burrito which seals it number one and adds HUGE FLAVOUR and added texture and great mouth feel. Most other places only partially grill their burritos just on two sides and end up over grilling them as in burning them but NOT THIS PLACE just perfectly golden grilled and sealed up nicely so you don’t end up wearing your burrito! I highly HIGHLY recommend and support this location whole heartedly cuz it’s a great healthy product that’s easily affordable and will NOT disappoint you, TRUST ME! It’ll become your GO TO after your very first try! ENJOY AND EAT WELL AND HEALTHIER!! This place will help you to do that!! Cheers!!!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetable choices and meat alternatives!Dietary restrictions: Less or no oil requests for grilling meat and veggies, less or no added salt or spices if requested!
